  • LeAnn Rimes soaks up the sun in yet ANOTHER bikini as she hits the beach in an itsy bitsy two piece

Only a few days before, she had been showing off her famously slender figure in a hot pink bikini as she celebrated Independence Day.
But singer LeAnn Rimes clearly can't keep away from the beach, returning to Malibu on Wednesday in another brightly coloured two piece.
The 28-year-old country music star seemed to be enjoying showing off her slim frame as she struck up a number of poses - perhaps for the benefit of watching husband Eddie Cibrian.

Wearing several gold bracelets and dangling earrings, the star clutched a camera, while 38-year-old Eddie relaxed nearby on a sunlounger.
Later, the actor headed into the surf where he tried out his new paddle board.
'Wow it's HOT even at the beach,' LeAnn tweeted. 'Need another shower now!'
Meanwhile, the star has taken to her website to post a glowing tribute to married life and Eddie, who she wed back in April.

And the pair had also both worn bright red lipstick for the Berlin Fashion Week show held at the Forum Museumsinsel.

The girls certainly seemed to be in the mood for a party and enjoyed sipping on champagne as they sat a table after watching the Spring and Summer 2012 designs.

Mayan Warrior Sculptures Discovered In Mexico

Mexican archaeologists have found two 1,300-year-old limestone sculptures of captured Mayan warriors that they say could shed light on the alliances and wars among Mayan cities during the civilization's twilight. (Scroll down for photos)
The life-size, elaborate sculptures of two warriors sitting cross-legged with hands tied behind their backs were found in May in the archaeological site of Tonina in southern Chiapas state along with two stone ballgame scoreboards.
The 5-foot (1.5-meter) tall sculptures have hieroglyphic inscriptions on their loincloths and chest that say the warriors belonged to the city of Copan, archaeologist Juan Yadeun said in a news release Wednesday.
Yadeun said the discovery proves warriors from Copan helped those in Palenque during the city's' 26-year war against Tonina for control of the Usumacinta river.

Tamer Mohammed al-Sharei Beating Described By Fellow Protester

Inside a filthy detention center in Damascus, eight or nine interrogators repeatedly bludgeoned a skinny teenager whose hands were bound and who bore a bullet wound on the left side of his chest. They struck his head, back, feet and genitals until he was left on the floor of a cell, bleeding from his ears and crying out for his mother and father to help him.
Ibrahim Jamal al-Jahamani, a fellow prisoner who said he witnessed the brutal scene in Syria in May, heard the interrogators demand that the 15-year-old proclaim strongman Bashar Assad as his "beloved" president.
The youth, later identified as Tamer Mohammed al-Sharei, refused. Instead, he chanted an often-heard slogan from anti-regime street protests calling for "freedom and the love of God and our country."
Tamer's refusal apparently was the final straw for the interrogators.
"Guards broke his right wrist, beating him with clubs on his hands, which were tied behind his back," al-Jahamani told The Associated Press after his release from detention, referring to the beatings as torture.
"They also beat him on the face, head, back, feet and genitals until he bled from the nose, mouth and ears and fell unconscious," he recalled.
"He pleaded for mercy and yelled: 'Mom, dad, come rescue me!'" al-Jahamani said. "He was lying like a dog on the floor in his underwear, with blood covering his body. But his interrogators had no compassion that they were savagely beating a boy," al-Jahamani added, his voice breaking with emotion.
Tamer and al-Jahamani were two of thousands of Syrians caught up in mass arrests of those suspected of opposing Assad during an uprising that began in March.
Al-Jahamani witnessed the beating from a corridor lined with cells while he was waiting for two hours for the prison guards to take him to his cell. He said the corridor reeked from the stench of blood and dirty toilets and the cell beds were covered in dirty sheets.

Pamplona Bull Running Festival 2011: Thousands Gather For 'Chupinazo' Launch

Tens of thousands of people packed Pamplona's main square Wednesday for the launch of the "chupinazo" rocket — the start of Spain's most famous bull-running festival. (Scroll down for photos)

Mayor Enrique Maya heralded the first of nine days of uninterrupted festivities in the northern town as he lit the fuse from a balcony overlooking a frenzied crowd.

"Men and women of Pamplona, Long Live San Fermin!" Maya screamed, as revelers sprayed a fountain of wine, sangria, water and cava into the air. Many used toy water pistols, or leather wineskins to squirt alcohol into the mouths of those who asked. Onlookers on balconies followed suit.

"It's way more than we expected, especially just the energy. And this is only, what, the opening?" said 37-year-old Brooklyn native Malika Oyo, who was partaking with her brother Yaka.

Beyonce 'Best Thing I Never Had' Video Features Lingerie, Wedding

The best thing Beyonce never had? Well, clothing, for starters...

Actually, it's an unnamed man who scorned her back in 1998, according to the brand spankin new video for her latest single, "The Best Thing I Never Had." The second track off her new album, "4," which premiered at number one on the Billboard Charts, the song is a ballad of love and revenge, with her lingerie moments matched to vindictive lines, and later, her wedding (not to Jay-Z, mind you) touching on the positive outcome of her heart break.

It is, to say the least, quite the transition from her first single off the album, "(Girls) Run The World."

Bunions: When Do They Become Something To Worry About?

Many people know the term 'bunion' and that it occurs on a foot, but don't know exactly what a bunion is. Most people think a bunion is an abnormal growth of bone at the base of the big toe. This is incorrect (at least in most cases). A bunion is actually a structural problem where the big toe joint becomes subluxed and drifts towards the smaller toes. A displaced bone, called a metatarsal, becomes prominent on the inside of the foot. The bunion simply refers to the enlarged prominent 'knobby' area.

Bunions may progress in size and severity. A bunion may start of as minor issue and, over time, may develop into a severe disfiguring foot deformity. See below:
    2011-07-03-DrNealBlitzBunionProgressionHuffPoFINAL.jpg

So if you have bunion, here are 10 important things you should know, as you consider treatment:
    1. Not all bunions are painful.
    2. The medical term is hallux abducto valgus.
    3. They come in different sizes: small, medium, large or severe.
    4. Genetics. You may have inherited your grandmothers feet.
    5. They occur more often in women than men.
    6. Pointy-toed shoes and high heels may result in bunions.
    7. Bunions may get bigger over time, or not.
    8. The bunion may cause problems with the lesser toes.
    9. Non-operative treatments are mostly aimed at treating the symptoms.
    10. Surgical treatment goals are to realign the natural position of the toe.
    When to seek treatment?
There is not a specific point when bunion sufferers 'must' start treatment despite the bunion severity. Some people begin treatment with the smallest bunion while others neglect the condition until severe. Reasons to seek medical treatment are:

  • Presence of Pain? Pain and discomfort is the most common reason to seek treatment. Pain directly on the bunion is a symptom of direct shoe pressure. Joint pain suggests arthritic degeneration. Pain on the ball of the foot is concerning for altered foot biomechanics and a sign of a bigger problem. Pain should not be ignored.

  • Interference with Activity? Some people wait until a bunion interferes with activities before seeking medical treatment and I think this is a mistake. Impact activities (such as running, tennis) may be more challenging to perform. If left ignored, simple everyday walking may become problematic. You should take measures that keep you active and healthy.

  • Inability to Wear Certain Shoes? In this subset of patients, it's the sheer size of the bunion preventing fashionable shoes that motivates treatment -- not pain. These patients have learned to live with discomfort but chose fashion over foot health. Clearly, inability to wear shoes is a valid reason for intervention.

  • An Unsightly Bunion? Foot care experts are less concerned with cosmetic appearance as they are about pain, activity restrictions and overall foot function. Often insurance companies only cover medical bunion treatments if pain is present, regardless of size.

  • Overlapping toes? When the second toe has overlapped the big toe, it's an obvious indicator of a global foot problem, and is often associated with collapse of the foot. Interestingly, these problems are not always painful as the condition develops overtime and the pain may be muted, or patients have accepted a certain amount of foot discomfort. The driving force for treatment becomes secondary problems such as metatarsal stress fractures or inability to fit shoes.

  • Lady Gaga's Meat Bikini: Tasteful Or Tasteless?

We thought we'd seen everything in terms of Lady Gaga's outfits--she's worn telephones as hats, cigarettes as sunglasses, PVC to meet the Queen, decorated her Birkin Bag...well, we could go on forever. But her latest outfit for Vogue Hommes Japan takes the cake. Gaga dons a bikini and a tiny beret made from raw steaks and her lips and nails are painted red. Take a look and tell us what you think.

Nicola Formichetti Appointed Creative Director Of Thierry Mugler

Paris-based fashion house Thierry Mugler has tapped Lady Gaga's stylist, Nicola Formichetti, as creative director for its women's and menswear labels.

The label said in a statement Monday that Formichetti, who is also fashion director with Vogue Hommes Japan, is to begin with the fall-winter 2011-2012 collections.

    Formichetti, a half-Japanese, half-Italian 33-year-old, replaces Spaniard Rosemary Rodriguez.

Formichetti will oversee Mugler's head women's designer Sebastien Peigne, formerly of Balenciaga, and head menswear designer Romain Kremer, who also designs his own signature label.

"We were looking for a young talent who could really bring new energy to the brand," the statement quoted the brand's director general, Joel Palix, as saying.

Nicola Formichetti Explains 'That Was The Last Time I Tried To Work With Fat People' Comment

Nicola Formichetti found himself in a tight spot on Tuesday when a W profile on the designer hit the web. Now he has responded with a Facebook campaign.

Within the otherwise flattering article in W's July issue appeared this damning paragraph:

One shoot, which involved dressing a rock band, was particularly unfortunate. "I was only used to dressing models and skinny kids," he recalled. "And I turned up and it was, like, three fat guys. I just left. That was the last time I tried to work with fat people. I think one of them was Ali G's brother. It was so ghetto."

The comment immediately made the rounds, putting Formichetti on the wrong side of the plus-size models conversation that has been ongoing in the fashion industry.

What made the anti-fat remark particular strange was that it came from Formichetti, who as creative director for both Dazed & Confused and Lady Gaga has always promoted individuality and boundary-pushing fashion.

So we suppose it makes sense that later Tuesday night, Formichetti took to Facebook to declare that W misquoted him and that he does in fact work with plus-size models.

Crossposted to his Twitter feed (and his 81,258 followers), the designer put up images of his past editorial work with plus-size models, captioning the images, "i know i should just leave it but...i really hate when writers just write whatever they want... "i dont work with fat people..." why would someone say such a thing?!"

He added, "GOD MAKES NO MISTAKES -AMEN FASHION... dont believe all what you read on line... no matter if you are fat, skinny or whatever, we're all born this way."

Although it's hard to believe W would completely twist his words, Formichetti certainly has a positive track record when it comes to body image and working with people of all sizes. We're definitely inclined to give this guy another shot.

James Spader In 'The Office': Robert California As Dunder Mifflin CEO

James Spader will be the new boss on "The Office." For about a day. Then, it's up to corporate.

A press release from Universal reveals that Spader has sealed a deal to join the show on a full-time basis, reprising the character he played during last season's finale's hunt for a new Scranton head honcho. But instead of settling for the desk in Pennsylvania, he ends up climbing much, much higher -- to the top of Sabre.

"James will reprise his role as Robert California, this uber-salesman that has a power to convince and manipulate, like a high-class weirdo Jedi warrior,” said Paul Lieberstein, one of the series’ executive producers and a series regular. "He'll have been hired over the summer as the new manager, but within hours, got himself promoted. Within days, he took over the company. James has an energy that is completely his own, and ‘The Office’ has no tools for dealing with this guy. We're thrilled he's joining our cast."

Of course, that still leaves the boss's chair in Scranton vacant.

Following star Steve Carell's announcement that he was leaving the hit comedy, Dunder Mifflin went on a huge head hunt for star power to keep the show going. Will Ferrell did them a solid by booking a four episode arc as the temporary boss, which was followed by a final episode with a long series of guest stars. But according to TV Line's Michael Ausiello, the plan right now may be to hire from within.

He says that the producers are, for now, deciding between Jim (John Krasinksi), Dwight (Rainn Wilson) and Andy (Ed Helms) to take the boss's chair; on the show, Dwight and Andy both vied for the role, while Jim decided he didn't want to be part of management (perhaps he can be convinced otherwise?). All this after a spring of new that led to the blowout episode with Will Arnett, Ricky Gervais, Spader, Jim Carrey, Ray Romano and Catherine Tate.

Elisabetta Canalis Parties on a Yacht with Former Flame

    Talk about smooth sailing.

Just two weeks after her split from George Clooney was made public, Elisabetta Canalis seemed to be enjoying the high seas – not stuck in troubled water.

With former flame Angelo Vita by her side, the Italian TV host, 32, was spotted partying on a yacht last week off of Italy's Amalfi Coast, near Naples and the Isle of Capri. Sporting a white bikini, Canalis showed off her tanned (and toned) bod with her equally beach-ready shipmate. The two were all smiles as they sat chatting on the edge of the boat, and at one point, Vita had his arms on her waist.

Vita, 30, and Canalis were an item in 2007. Clooney and Canalis dated for nearly two years after making their romance official in September 2009.

U.N. Women Agency Report Looks At Gender Equality, Women's Rights Around The World

The United Nations' newest agency -- UN Women -- takes an ambitious and sometimes startling look at gender equality and women's rights around the world with its first-ever report.

The 2011 Progress of the World's Women: In Pursuit of Justice report is "a global survey of women's access to justice -- looking both at legislation passed by governments and the steps taken (or not taken) to implement those laws," according to the Guardian. "The report highlights the practical barriers that women—particularly the poorest and most excluded—face,” says former Chilean President Michelle Bachelet in the report’s introduction.

Among the report's more intriguing findings: at a staggering 51 percent, Rwanda has the highest share of women in parliament, while within their nation's manufacturing industry, Qatari women earn substantially more than men. On the flip side, 127 countries do not explicitly criminalize rape within marriage, while 603 million women live in countries where domestic violence is not a crime.

Jennifer Aniston On 'Inside The Actors' Studio': Talks 'Friends,' 'The Breakup,' More

Having recently been named the next recipient of a Hollywood Walk of Fame Star, Jennifer Aniston is moving on to the next stop on the certified legendary actor train: a visit to "Inside The Actors' Studio."

With nearly two decades of Hollywood dominance under her belt -- and a new career direction with her upcoming raunchfest of a film, "Horrible Bosses" -- Aniston took time to reflect on the role that truly launched her to superstardom.

"It's one of the greatest jobs I ever had," Aniston said of her NBC sitcom, "Friends." "It gave me everything. It gave me this ridiculously blessed life and career and taught me so much, and it's the best time I ever had."

The love she felt for the show made it quite difficult to film that final episode.

"It was just awful. The last scene, we just wept, cried our eyes out, in front of the whole show," she said. "A couple of us stayed really late and we crawled up to the roof of stage 24 and we drank champagne and just watched the sunrise. It was really wonderful."

When it came to launching a movie career, one of her first huge hits was "The Breakup," with Vince Vaughn. In it, she played one half of a couple that splits up, but loves their apartment so much, ends up cohabitating -- very gingerly. While her emotion for the show informed her final day on "Friends," it was her personal life -- (see: Pitt, Brad) -- that helped her make her "Break Up" performance memorable.

"It was just a beautiful story about a couple breaking up. And I was slightly familiar on the topic and the issue. And I sort of honestly felt like, what a great way to sort of exercise some of that," she said. "I enjoyed it. It really enjoyed it. You would think otherwise, because even the producers were like, 'I don't know if we should ask you to do this,' but I was like, why not? Turn the page, let's move on."

'The Myth Of The American Sleepover' Trailer: David Robert Mitchell Film First Look

High school never truly ends, its lessons and laugh, taunts and first times living forever in memories. Those years are a shared (sometimes unfortunately so) experience, so many hands holding on to the electric fence at once, and so movies that touched hearts during that shared adolescence quickly become beloved classics -- and those that can cater to both the emotions of those that can most directly relate, and the viewer looking back at that time, well, those are the stories that stick.

FIrst time director David Robert Mitchell, who to this point has only completed two short films, looks to capture both that present pain and yearning reminiscence in his debut feature, "The Myth of the American Sleepover." A sort of mini-"Love Actually" story, it follows a number of interconnected story lines about teenagers doing their best to grasp on to the last days of the summer -- and make it count for something heavier than pool parties.

"Sleepover" stars a largely unknown cast that is already gaining special critical notice: aside from being a nice metaphor for the sense of invisibility during high school, the group won the Special Jury Prize for Best Ensemble Cast at the 2010 South By Southwest competition.

Filmed in Michigan, near Mitchell's childhood home, it drew freely from his own memories and classic teenage films, he told the New York Times.

"I embraced a lot of things, even some of the clichés, that happen in teen films," he told the paper. "The approach was to try to show them in a more natural way."

Here's the synopsis (via /Film); below that, check out the trailer. And for more information and a (beautiful) review of the film, click over to Pajiba.

    Alef Portman-Millepied: Natalie Portman's Baby Son's Name

He's Natalie Portman's first child, and, if rumors are true, he has a very symbolic and orderly name.

A report at Israel Hayom relays that the Israeli TV show "Good Evening with Guy Pines," revealed that Portman named her and fiance Benjamin Millepied's first son, born in June, Alef, which is the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Portman, of course, is a native Israeli, having originally been given the name Natalie Hershlag.

The report on the TV show aired last month; The Huffington Post also received a tip last month that Portman had indeed named her son Alef, but her representatives declined to confirm. HuffPost has reached out once again for comment, and will update when more is known.

'Bridesmaids' Sequel? Director Paul Feig Talks Possibility

There are few things guaranteed in the upside down, always changing world of Hollywood, but here's one thing you can bank on: a successful film, if at all possible, will get a sequel.

And as the summer moves forward, "Bridesmaids" is becoming more than just a success.

A big opening weekend got the speculation started, but having just passed "Sex and the City" as the highest grossing R-rated female-driven comedy of all time, there's little doubt that Universal will be hungry for another helping of the Kristen Wiig-starring, Paul Feig-directed and Judd Apatow-produced laugh factory (with names like those, was there any doubt it'd be a hit?).

Thus far, no green light has been given, but Feig already is licking his chops to get it made -- if the script is worthwhile.

"It's not officially been moved toward, but I'd be very open to it," he told Movieline. "It would just have to be as good or better than this one. What you don't want to do is the one that ruins the memory of the first one. But nothing would make me happier if we could make another one with this amazing cast, and people go, 'That's awesome!' If it's as good or as better than the first one, that would be fantastic. Because everything around it was great -- the cast, the people behind the scenes, the stories we're telling, the fact that we get to do movies for and with hugely talented women. What could be better than that? It would be great to carry that on, but, again, it has to be high quality."

Feig made similar comments back in May, when he wasn't quite sure how well the film would do at the box office.

"Who knows? I mean, it depends how we do in the next couple weeks, but I know there's definitely ... it's already been brought up," he told NY Magazine. "So, um, you know, when you get a group that's this deep and this good, it's a crime to not use them again. You just want to make sure that you do it as well as you did the first one and try to make it better, even. So, we're up for the challenge."

It's been a rough six months for Hollywood, which turned out a string of disappointments at the domestic box office.

Casey Anthony Trial: Prosecutors, Defense Make Closing Arguments

Casey Anthony's lead defense attorney has finished his closing argument insisting that the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee was an "accident snowballed out of control."

Jose Baez spent most of his four-hour argument Sunday concentrating on holes in the prosecution's forensic evidence, saying it was based on a "fantasy."

The judge overseeing the case indicated that the jury will begin deliberating on Monday.

Prosecutors contend Caylee was suffocated with duct tape by her mother, who then crafted elaborate lies to mislead investigators and her parents.

Baez says the toddler accidentally drowned in the family swimming pool and that her father made the death look like a murder, which he denies.

Daniel Radcliffe Talks Quitting Drinking Alcohol, Beating 'Child Star' Label

Though countryside skies and childhood fairytales promise a notion of their proximity and generosity, the truth is, stars rest in space at a distance beyond the mind's capacity to fully conceive. Steady fireballs burning lightyears away, it's more than their glow that make them the perfect metaphor for Hollywood's fame hierarchy: the sheer will it takes over so many thankless years to reach star status parallels the space flight required.

With that grit and patience and understanding of greatness required to reach that star level, conversely, the meteoritic rise and atmospheric flameouts of Hollywood one-hit wonders mimics the dangers of untethered space travel. So often, it's the child actor, shot from a rocket into show business at an age far earlier than is truly advisable, that assumes that arc of the solar flare, or the imploding dwarf that never shone bright enough. The stories of troubled adulthoods following childhood flame are legion, with a certain extra mettle required to avoid the fate.

Perhaps appropriately, given his character's legendary magical powers and storyline of simmering bravery and valor, it seemed that Daniel Radcliffe, the big screen's Harry Potter, would defy those pitfalls and reach that star status, so calm and collected and level-headed, he. And as his final Hogwarts adventure rushes toward worldwide release, it does indeed look as if he will be the exception to the rule, a star in his adult years akin to a Ron Howard or Michael J. Fox. But as he reveals, it wasn't always so written in stone that he would make that transition.

Speaking to GQ UK about a mid-Potter lapse in self-control and appreciation, Radcliffe revealed that for a while, "I became so reliant on alcohol to enjoy stuff. There were a few years there when I was just so enamored with the idea of living some sort of famous person's lifestyle that really isn't suited to me."

Now 21, Radcliffe largely escaped much paparazzi scrutiny for his hard-partying ways (though some photos were captured by the Daily Mirror), a stroke of luck rarely afforded a child star in the midst of growing pains. And though any photos that would catch him drinking would now only reveal a partier, not a law breaker, Radcliffe says he's moved past that point.

Mexico Boat Capsizes, U.S. Tourists Feared Dead

, Mexico (Reuters/Lizbeth Diaz) - Eight American vacationers are presumed to have drowned after a sports fishing charter capsized in a storm and sank off Mexico's Baja California peninsula, authorities said on Monday.

The 115-foot (35-meter) boat Erik left San Felipe on the Sea of Cortez, a haven for windsurfers and sports fishermen, on Saturday for a six-day fishing trip with 43 people on board, including 27 American tourists.

But on its first night out of port, the Erik was struck by an electrical storm and capsized early on Sunday, port and navy officials said.

After searching for almost 24 hours, local rescue officials had found one body and said they had given up hope of finding seven missing people alive. Divers had been brought in to aid in the search.

"We have changed the operation, now we're focusing on recovering ... people, but not alive," said Alfredo Escobedo, the director of emergency services in Baja California state.

The confirmed fatality and all the missing were U.S. citizens, San Felipe port official Dora Winkler said.

Mexican authorities said the survivors had been rescued by navy teams and locals after the fishing boat's cook and two passengers were saved by local fishermen, who had raised the initial alarm.

The boat was found around 87 miles south of San Felipe, a popular holiday and fishing resort located south of Mexicali.

Local boat operators cater to American retirees and other tourists who flock to the region for inexpensive salt-water fishing. Loyalists boast a sea teaming with yellowtail, sea bass and cabrilla.

'Beach' Canceled Over Gay Character: 'Billy Elliot' Writer Lee Hall Explains

"Billy Elliot" playwright Lee Hall says his latest project, a community opera involving 300 children, has collapsed after backers demanded he cut words spoken by a gay character.
Hall said he refused to remove the lines "I am queer" and "I prefer a lad to a lass" from his opera "Beached" as requested by the primary school involved.
Writing in The Guardian, Hall said he had worked with the school to make other changes but that this request "seemed to come from an entirely different era."
Opera North, which commissioned the piece, confirmed Monday that its July 15 premiere in Bridlington, northeast England, had been scrapped.
Opera North said it had tried to mediate between Hall and the school and regretted that "both sides have been unable to move forward."

What's that? Christine points at something in the water as Lampard affectionately strokes her back

After weeks of lying around in the sun, you'd think Frank Lampard and Christine Bleakley would be getting a bit bored of sunbathing.
So the Chelsea footballer decided to liven up his mammoth holiday with the Daybreak presenter by indulging in some playful wrestling.
Currently chartering a luxury yacht off the coast of Spain, Lampard teased Bleakley by threatening to throw her in the sea.
The couple, who got engaged in Los Angeles last month, have been holidaying in the Mediterranean for the past two weeks.
The first week they were joined by Lampard's father Frank Lampard Snr and his two daughters Isla and Luna.

But with the girls returning home to their mother Elen Rivas in London last Monday, the couple have now been joined by a group of friends on a chartered Ferretti 53 yacht called Helissio.
The 575,000 euro vessel includes three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large dining saloon.
After spending the past month holidaying in the U.S. and Spain, the pair are both sporting dark golden tans.
Christine and Frank announced their engagement last month after dating for 21 months, which the footballer had apparently spent three months and £150,000 planning.
Christine and Frank flew to America on a trip thought to have cost £30,000, which saw them visit Las Vegas and Los Angeles, while he’s said to have spent around £120,000 on the engagement ring.

Linda Hogan to Hulk: 'Be a Big Boy' and Apologize

Linda Hogan has waited patiently to tell her side of the story of her 2009 divorce from wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, and she pulls no punches in setting the record straight about the split in the memoir 'Wrestling the Hulk,' telling PopEater about her motives for writing it and the truth about her new engagement to 22-year-old "soul mate," Charley Hill. Linda, who has kept her ex's surname of Bollea, says it comes down to his alleged cheating and the collapse of trust that came with it. "He's the one who has to live with himself and look in the mirror knowing what he's done, destroyed a family," she tells us, adding that she's forgiven him even though he won't cop to his mistakes.

"I have moved on and forgiven him even though he's never apologized to me or the kids," she told us. "We go through the lawyers. I couldn't care less if I don't talk to him but my kids suffer. It's kind of a cowardly way out. I hope some day he can grow up and be a big boy and talk to his ex-wife for his kids sake."
Did you write this book in response to your husband's memoir?
No, my book had nothing to do with Terry's book. I had a journal I kept for many years and during the divorce it was really difficult to voice my opinion, not that I needed to, but my divorce was so public, it was like my husband was using every media campaign to get his hands on to try and out me and make me look like the bad guy and I really didn't have a voice in that and I thought with my son having got in that horrific accident and going to jail and the divorce, it was just not the time to air my dirty laundry and make things worse. I didn't want to be pouring fuel on the fire then but I thought at some point I will be able to talk and tell my accounting of what I think happened in my marriage which is the truth. it's been a long time coming and I hope that with millions of women in the world going through the same situation as I went through, hopefully when they read the book they'll be able to feel a little bit better knowing that there's some help out there, learn something from this and I'm hoping to help women move forward from sticky situations.

Were you frustrated at being portrayed as the bad guy?
Right, at this point nobody heard my side, he went out there and made it look like I was screwing some 19 year old, my kid's high school friend and it was nothing like that, trying to make it like maybe I was the one possibly doing the cheating. It killed me but I had good lawyers, everything is going through the court system, I don't want to look like a blabbermouth, the truth will come out. At that point I didn't really care what the public thought of me. I was concerned about my kids who were already being embarrassed enough by the public divorce. My job first was to be a good mom, make sure I got through this divorce without too much trouble.

Chord Overstreet OUT At 'Glee': Darren Criss A Series Regular, Overstreet's Option Decline

It looks like Sam Evans will be a transfer student once again -- this time, away from McKinley High.
Chord Overstreet, who played the football playing New Directions member in the second season of "Glee," has had his series regular option declined by creator Ryan Murphy and staff, TV Line reports. An integral part of the season, he featured in an is-or-isn't-he gay storyline before -- unsuccessfully -- offering cheerleader Quinn a promise ring.
There is a chance that Overstreet could return in guest appearances.
Interestingly, Overstreet told Ryan Seacrest last October that the Evans character was originally written as a boyfriend for Chris Colfer's character, Kurt Hummel, but thanks to his chemistry with Diana Agron, who plays Quinn, the writing staff changed the character's orientation.
The new cast member that eventually did become Kurt's boyfriend, Darren Criss's Blaine, got better news on Friday, as he was upgraded to series regular. Harry Shum, Jr., who plays Mike, also got the bump up to the regular cast.
"Glee" will add a new cast member through its summer reality series, "The Glee Project," and will see major turnover after this season, when it graduates several of its cast members, including Cory Monteith.
