Listen To Charli XCX's New Song, 'Break The Rules'

As "Fancy" is further jammed down our throats as the song of summer -- and even covered by The Killers -- Charli XCX has emerged with an anthem all her own. Premiered via BuzzFeed on the heels of Iggy Azalea's inexplicably enduring success, "Break The Rules" is the first single off of Charli XCX's new album, "Sucker," due out in October. Listen to the track below and, seriously, stop listening to "Fancy."

Britney Spears Accused Of Lip-Syncing To 'Perfume' In Not At All Shocking Turn Of Events

Britney Spears, Las Vegas resident and person who has been accused of lip syncing lots of times, has been accused of lip-syncing. On Monday, August 18, a video emerged of a live performance of the Sia-written "Perfume" that some claim sounds like Sia's vocals playing (whilst Spears simply clutches the microphone).

Billboard speculates that Sia's track was likely used "as an in-monitor guide when she sings ... [and] was put into the house mix, making for an embarrassing accident."

Of course, this comes on the heels of of various lip-syncing accusations that Spears' manager, Adam Leber, confirmed in a recent interview with Medium. “To put on the show that she puts on, it’s virtually impossible to sing the entire time and do what she does,” he said. “She’s singing on every song, basically, when she has the ability to sing. There’s no way you can dance for 90 minutes straight and sing the entire time.”

Okay? So, yes, there is some lip-syncing in Las Vegas. Maybe with that low-res Instagram video of "Perfume," or maybe not. But are we really so shocked that maybe she is not the best singer? Hello, un-Auto-tuned "Alien" / basically everything that has happened since the early 2000s. Bless her sweet heart, but the reason to love Britney is not her vocals.

Heidi Klum Wears Dress Made Of Tiny Strings, Spins Around A Lot At The Creative Arts Emmys

As a supermodel, she hardly needs to do much to demand attention.

But Heidi Klum made for absolute certain that all eyes were on her by hitting the red carpet of the Creative Arts Emmy Awards in an eye-catching royal blue peacock inspired dress.

The 41-year-old America's Got Talent judge dazzled as she showed up to the Nokia Theatre in Los Angles on Saturday for the annual event.
The shimmering garment was in fact made by a contestant on Project Runway named Sean Kelly, and Heidi was sure to thank him in a social media post about her outfit for the evening.

It was made from a collection of what looked to be silk string fabric, forming a luminous sleek garment when they laid flat against her model body.

But when Heidi twirled, the tassels flowed out and turned into a glamorous puff - like a peacock.

The Killers Cover Iggy Azalea's 'Fancy' With An Added Interpretive Dance

During their headlining gig at the UK's V Festival in Staffordshire, The Killers took a break in their set to show some love for everyone's favorite summer anthem, "Fancy." Giving Iggy Azalea's hit a piano makeover, Brandon Flowers sang through the hook, switching the lyrics "from LA to Tokyo," to the in-the-moment appropriate "from Vegas to Staffordshire." Joining Flowers in the cover was drummer Ronnie Vannucci, who provided a sweet interpretive dance, borrowing some moves from Napoleon Dynamite. Watch the video below.

Kendra Wilkinson Appears To Confirm Cheating Rumors In Reality Show Clip

You can't always believe everything you read, especially when it comes from the tabloids. But when a reality star is crying over the headlines in a clip from her show, it's a different story.

"Every word that came from the tabloids. Boom ... boom ... boom ... When did he do this? While you were eight months pregnant," Kendra Wilkinson tells the camera as her eyes begin to well with tears and her voice begins to break, in a teaser for her show, "Kendra On Top." "[I] felt like I was getting shot. Our marriage is down the drain."

Wilkinson appears to be confirming the rumors her husband Hank Baskett cheated on her while she was pregnant with their daughter -- rumors that were splashed on websites and across magazines earlier this summer.

In fact, the 29-year-old former Playboy model even admitted she "flushed her wedding rings down the toilet," which is exactly what a source told Us Weekly back on July 1. The magazine's source claimed that Wilkinson "grew suspicious and "started snooping," and when she discovered an unexplained charge on his credit card, she "flipped out," allegedly even punching walls, throwing wedding photos into the pool, and of course, flushing her wedding rings.

The future doesn't look good for Wilkinson and Baskett, with a source telling People magazine that the former "Girls Next Door" star is already meeting with divorce lawyers, despite the fact that the couple continue to appear together for the sake of the show. You can't always believe everything you read, especially when it comes from the tabloids. Chelsea Handler's Naked Instagram Apparently Makes Her A Kardashian

Handler posted a nude photo to Instagram early Thursday, Aug. 14. In the shot, the 39-year-old poses in a locker room wearing only a pair of stockings and a sultry glance.

"I'm a Kardashian," she wrote, apparently referencing the family's sexy social media presence.

Chelsea Handler’s frustration with the world of celebrity has been well documented. She’s even ending her successful late night chat show Chelsea Lately, in part, because of it. She recently signed a deal with Netflix, wherein she’ll host a new talk show and film four “docu-comedy specials” and release her newest stand-up comedy special Uganda Be Kidding Me Live on Friday, Oct. 10.

“If I was going to continue working in this industry, I knew I had to do something outside the box to keep myself interested,” Handler recently said. “I wanted to sit with the cool kids at lunch so I approached Netflix to make sure they were as cool as I thought they were, and when I confirmed my suspicions, like with any other future lover, I made my move. I’m more excited than I’ve been in awhile, and the team at Netflix is the most forward thinking, alert group I’ve sat down with in ages. No offense to the Shahs Of Sunset.”

To further express her frustration with Hollywood and especially reality stars, she posted the below photo on her Instagram account for her more than 840,000 followers — and her 5.5 million Twitter followers — with the simple caption, “I’m a Kardashian.”

"I think if you participate in the celebrity world then you don't really have a choice but to be involved in the drama," Handler told the Daily Mail. "You end up getting so into the mix that it changes the topics of the day. You can sit around and complain about all that shit and the Kardashians all day but if you're participating in it then what can you do? It really didn't feel great doing the show and the only way to sort things out was to extricate myself from the entire situation."

Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian Is Glowing In The Hamptons

    Kourtney Kardashian is positively glowing.

The pregnant reality star, who is expecting her third child with partner Scott Disick, stepped out in Southampton on Thursday, Aug. 14, for lunch with Jonathan Cheban at The Driver’s Seat restaurant. She looked lovely in a striped dress and nude heels paired with a yellow purse as she made her way to her car, surrounded by a flock of fans taking photos.

Kardashian has been in the sunny New York locale filming "Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons." She confirmed her pregnancy in June.

96 Bodies You Won't See On Billboards -- But Should

Only 5 percent of women have the type of body we see on billboards and in TV commercials.

The "Expose" project wants you to see the remaining 95 percent.

Blogger and activist Jes Baker teamed up with photographer Liora K to showcase women's bodies just as they are -- unfiltered, un-Photoshopped, and totally amazing.

"When was the last time you opened up your browser and saw a beautiful image of a body shape that looked just like yours?" Baker asked in a blog post introducing the series.

Ninety-six women, recruited on Facebook, gathered in Tucson, Arizona to disrobe in front of total strangers in the name of body love. This is the second time Baker and K have shot images for this project.

In a blog post about the shoot, photographer Liora K explained how she stressed the beauty and uniqueness of every participant during the process:

What I really wanted the women to get out of our time (how ever brief) together was that they were IMPORTANT. That their bodies deserved to be seen, that what they perceive as faults are simply THEM, and are neither right nor wrong. That showing their bodies won’t innately cause them harm. That their breasts won’t cause damage to those around them, or their bellies or thighs either. That their nudity, while making them vulnerable, does not make them at fault. And that lastly, their bodies are their vehicles through life, and to treat them with kindness. I hope that came across.

Kylie Jenner Shaves The Back Of Her Head

Out of all the ladies in Kardashian/Jenner clan, Kylie Jenner is certainly the most experimental when it comes to hairstyles. Whether she's dying her hair blue, green, blond or chopping it off, you can always count on the 17-year-old to switch it up with her locks.
This time, Jenner took it to a whole new level when she shaved the back of her head. The reality star posted an Instagram picture of the freshly buzzed cut on August 11: Though it seems like a pretty bold move to buzz your head, we suspect that the rest of her locks cover up the freshly missing pieces. Jenner shared another photo the following day where the missing hair went totally unnoticed:

Lifetime to air 'The Brittany Murphy Story'

Nearly five years after her death, Brittany Murphy’s story is getting the small-screen treatment.

EW has confirmed that Lifetime will air The Brittany Murphy Story next month. Starring Amanda Fuller as Murphy and Sherilyn Fenn as Murphy’s mother Sharon, the film follows the young actress’ career, from her breakout role in Clueless to dealing with the attention that comes with being a part of Hollywood.
According to the film’s description, “The relentless rumors and paparazzi coupled with Brittany’s insecurities about her appearance and desperation for approval wreaked havoc in her personal life. Through it all, Sharon remained her grounding force but her enduring love wasn’t enough to save Brittany from the dark side of life in Hollywood.”

The Brittany Murphy Story premieres Saturday, Sept. 6 at 8 p.m. on Lifetime.

Justin Bieber escapes jail sentence over alleged road race

The 20-year-old pop star's plea deal with prosecutors, detailed at a court hearing, includes a 12-hour anger management course, a $50,000charitable contribution and fines. The deal allows Bieber to avoid a driving under the influence conviction.

Singer Justin Bieber is photographed by police while in custody on January 23, 2014 in Miami Beach, Florida. Justin Bieber was arrested for driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving without a valid driver's license

He was not present at the hearing before Miami-Dade County Judge William Altfield. Defence lawyer Mark Shapiro said Bieber had already given the money to a local children's charity.

The singer was arrested early on January 23 in Miami Beach after what police described as an illegal street race between his rented Lamborghini and a Ferrari driven by R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff.

Neither was charged with drag racing and there was little evidence they were even exceeding posted speed limits.

Alcohol breath tests found Bieber's level below the 0.02 limit for under-age drivers, but urine tests showed the presence of marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax in his system.

Bieber was also charged with resisting arrest after a profanity-laced tirade against police officers, as well as driving on an expired license.

The urine test itself became a battle between media companies that sought access to video of it and Bieber's lawyers arguing it was an invasion of privacy.

Ultimately, Mr Altfield ordered the video released with sensitive portions blacked out. Other police video depicted Bieber walking unsteadily during a sobriety test.

In July, Bieber resolved another criminal case by pleading no contest to a vandalism charge for throwing eggs at a neighbour's house in Los Angeles. In that case, he agreed to pay more than $80,000 in damages and meet a number of other conditions.

Bieber is also charged in Toronto with assaulting a limousine driver in late December. His lawyers have said he is not guilty in that case.

Also in Miami, Bieber is being sued by a photographer who says he was roughed up while snapping pictures of the singer outside a recording studio.

The Canadian-born singer shot to stardom at age 15. His career was overseen by two music industry heavyweights, singer Usher and manager Scooter Braun, after initially gaining notice through YouTube videos.

Attention Ladies: You Have To Pass A Virginity Test To Get A Teaching Job In Brazil

Apparently, having an intact hymen is now a job requirement. Women hoping to become teachers in Brazil are now being asked to undergo gynecological exams in order to verify that they are “healthy.”

Working in the education system is a coveted job in the South American country and the Brazilian government has reportedly required this kind of testing since 2012 for women hoping to enter the field. Prospective female teachers must either have a pap smear and be screened for STDs or, if they’re under the age of 25, must provide a doctor’s note confirming they aren’t sexually active.

While the tests have been in place for years, the Sao Paulo Public Prosecutor’s Office is now investigating why the tests are necessary for women to obtain teaching jobs and whether the invasion of privacy is legal under Brazil’s constitution. The department requires employees undergo other tests such as mammograms for women over 40 years old and prostate exams for men over 40 years old in order to ensure candidates are able to maintain their positions long-term, but the intimate nature of the tests required for females is sparking outrage amongst women’s rights groups.

This isn’t the first time Brazil’s gotten in trouble for its “virginity tests.” The state of Bahia had the same requirement for women hoping to join the state police force, but suspended those tests last year after encountering plenty of public criticism.

Miss Bumbum 2014 Contestants Hope To Have Brazil's Best Butt

Most pageants may judge a woman’s beauty at face value, but not this one.

In Brazil, the “Miss Bumbum” contest is a nationwide annual undertaking to find the best derriere. This year's 27 contestants, who represent the country’s different states, were announced last week.

“Miss Bumbum 2014” will start in São Paulo on August 11. Brazilians have until November to vote online and determine the 15 finalists for the finale. This year the pageant will have a historic first after twins Rafaella and Graziella Fornazieri, representing Alagoas and Ácre respectively, entered the contest.
Dai Macedo, a 25-year-old model with a 42-inch bottom, was crowned “Miss Bumbum 2013.”

"It's a lot of work, a lot of devotion," Macedo told Agence France-Presse by way of an interpreter after winning the title. "I denied myself a lot of things. No nightclubs. No sweets. I went to the gym Saturdays and Sundays."

The winner of the pageant receives 50,000 reais (approx. $22,000) in endorsement deals and instant celebrity in Brazil.

Pregnant Kelly Rowland Glows In Gorgeous Instagram Photo

The 33-year-old mom-to-be smiled over her shoulder as she cradled her growing belly. Rowland captioned the photo, "#P.R." as she is currently vacationing in Puerto Rico.

Rowland first announced her pregnancy on June 10 with a cryptic Instagram photo of baby sneakers. The Destiny's Child alum accidentally revealed that she's expecting a baby boy during an interview, in which she referred to her baby using the pronoun "his."

"Aw, f--k it! It's a boy. It's a boy!" she said after realizing her slip up.

'True Blood' Music Supervisor Gary Calamar On Why The Vampire Soap Is 'A Dream Show'

As fans prepare to bid farewell to Sookie, Eric, Bill, and Arlene when "True Blood" ends on August 24, one thing watchers will miss most of all about HBO's vampire soap is the music.

The man behind the series' pitch-perfect blend of spooky, hip and delightfully weird is Gary Calamar, the show's 57-year-old music supervisor. In addition to steering the songs for shows like "House," "Dexter" and "Entourage," he's nabbed a Grammy nomination for "True Blood's" soundtrack.

"'True Blood' is kind of a dream show to work on," Calamar told The Huffington Post from Los Angeles. "It's also great being able to work with [show creator] Alan Ball again [after "Six Feet Under"]. He's a big music fan and loves to use a lot of music."

Typically, Calamar said he receives a script for an episode, which the writers have named for a song, setting him off on a music hunt.

“When I received the script for [season 4 premiere] “She’s Not There,” the plan was to use the original Zombies version, but then I realized that we had some time and thought, 'Maybe we can do something different here,'" Calamar said. "I was going through my music collection and came across Neko Case. Then about one shelf down was Nick Cave and I thought, ‘That would be a good collaboration.’ And then it happened.”

Other collaborations have included the original track "Boot And Rally" that Calamar penned for Iggy Pop and Best Coast singer Bethany Cosentino.

"Iggy Pop is a fan of the show and actually called about doing music for 'True Blood,'" Calamar said, "To make it happen, he recorded his parts while on tour in Spain. That was also fun for me, allowing me to take songwriting a little more seriously.”

Even with a music-positive show and "a good music budget that allows us to have fun," not everything plan has hit the perfect note. Calamar recalls being particularly excited for another collaboration with Jenny Lewis to cover The Animals classic, "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood." It fell victim to a season shortened to accommodate star Anna Paquin's pregnancy.

5 Reasons You Should Have Sex With Your Husband Every Night

I was getting a manicure the first time I learned that not all wives want to, ahem, go for a roll in the hay with their husbands. I was 16 and had picked out orange nail polish (oh, sixteen). I had a book with me but it wasn't long before I found another source of entertainment. In-between buffings and polishings, the two women next to me talked about how much their husbands wanted IT and how little they wanted to give IT.

For a girl that had not even been asked out on a date this was a whole new world. I had a suspicion that their experience was more realistic than the articles I sneaky read in Cosmo while getting my hair done at the salon. (I am supposed to put my hand WHERE? while simultaneously doing WHAT?) So I kept my eyes on my book, let the words blur into lines and listened closely.

"Doesn't he know how tired I am by the end of the day? As if after the kids are finally asleep I have the energy to do anything but sit down and watch some TV."

"For me, it isn't even the energy it takes. I am still losing weight from the baby. I don't feel sexy. I can hardly undress in front of a mirror, let alone in front of him. I honestly think it is selfish that he expects me to pretend to feel something that I don't."

"Selfish? That's a good word. Maybe if he took care of the kids when he got home or made dinner once in a while I would be more interested. Hell, just pick up the milk on the way home from work. I am not asking for much. Now that I think about it, I don't think we have done it in the last three weeks."

"Yeah. It's been at least two for us."

Wait. These women were married...they lived with a guy....who slept in their bed. They could have sex all the time! And they didn't want to? It made no sense. It was like turning down a zero calorie but as delicious-as-creme-brulee dessert. (Or at least I assumed. At that point everything I knew about romance was gleaned from Anne of Green Gables and Moulin Rouge.)

How sad. How wasteful. How stupid. When I got married, I would always want to have sex with my husband! And I would never be too tired. My goodness, it was just ridiculous to want him to bring home a gallon of milk just to prove he cared. Wasn't it just like a woman to make a grocery run a test of love. As the final coat of polish was applied to my nails, I swore to never be like them. My life would be different. I would be better. I would never feel too fat or too tired. Ever.

    And then I grew up.

Intercourse, carnal knowledge, lovemaking, knocking boots, coitus, SEX! is everything 16 year old me imagined plus a little whipped cream on top. (Whipped cream, see what I did there?) And once Riley and I got married there was lots and lots and lots of it. Then we had a baby and I really was just so tired my bones hurt. And for a while I did feel fat. Even after I lost the pregnancy weight everything just looked different. Like a cut flower that has been left out in the sun, still lovely just a little...wilted. I became a little distant. We started to fall asleep without talking or kissing.

Then one day while washing dishes, I realized that we had gone eight days without touching each other. Eight days was a quite some time for us. But the thing that bothered me the most was that I hadn't missed it. And I knew that was a problem. So that night after we put the baby to bed, I gave Riley my best come hither glance. Yes, I was tired and felt about as desirable as the "feed the birds" lady in Mary Poppins. But while drying the dishes, it occurred to me that 16 year old Meg must have understood something about sex that 20-something Meg had forgotten. And maybe, just maybe it was worth remembering.
Without further ado here are five reasons you should have sex with your husband every night:

    1. Being a mother, one of the ultimate expressions of womanhood, can often leave a girl feeling stripped of her femininity. There is something about being covered in spit up and attending to the every need of another human being that makes one feel distinctly gender neutral. Most of my days are spent playing with dolls, wiping baby food off of my clothes, changing diapers, wiping snot off of my clothes, going to the park, and wiping what-the-heavens-is-that off of my clothes. There is something restorative about kissing the boy you love. There are times in Riley's arms when I remember who I am before I even realize I have forgotten. Yes, I am a cook, cleaner, teacher, and wiper of all things disgusting. But I am also something more, something delightful and completely apart from my roles. I am a woman! And there is potential and depth and heck, I am pretty darn good kisser, too. It is a lovely thing, finding yourself through the touch of someone else.

    2. If you want your husband to act like a man, you need to treat him like a man. Hold the eye rolls. I am not pushing for a return to the 1950′s. (Although, heaven knows an era in which low rise jeans did not exist is basically alright by me.) Women need any number of criteria met to feel loved. Men are far simpler. They need to be fed, they need to be appreciated, and they need to have sex. That is it. Really. So make or order dinner once in a while. Say thank you for the long hours spent at work with a hug and smile when he walks through the door each night. (Better yet? Smile as you hand him the kids and walk out the door for a long, much needed break.) And my goodness, let the poor man see you naked. It is astounding what a good man will do for a good woman that has made him feel loved. After a few weeks of meals and make outs, you will sit back and wonder why you didn't insist on having sex every night sooner. Talk about a small investment and big returns.

    3. You need to have a moment in each day that is just about the two of you. Remember that boy? The one that made your heart thump and hands sweat? The one that called when you hoped he would, that made you run hot and high up to the stars until you thought you would never come down? He is still there. Under the years and bills and worries, that smiling boy is still in love with and needs his smiling girl. Every night after the kids go to bed is a chance to find him again. A moment to remind yourself that you are living a picket fenced adventure and my goodness, there is nothing the two of you can't do.

    4. Sex relieves stress. I don't know that this one needs much explanation. As a mother I eat stress for breakfast. So it seems to me I have a choice. I can let off steam by A) driving around at night and bashing in strangers mailboxes or B) I can get down and dirty with that one guy I married that one time. I choose option B. (So far the mailboxes in my neighborhood have escaped unscathed, so Option B must be working.)

    5. It is so much blasted fun. Seriously. Why are we so quick to refuse the good things in life? We will slog through our children's Algebra homework, do Zumba in public and pluck the hair from our body ONE PIECE AT A TIME. But tell a girl to have sex every night and she looks at you like you are crazy, An orgasm? Every night? What do I look like? A Nymphomaniacal Super Woman?

Where is the logic in that?

Are we really too busy doing dishes to participate in an activity that is so good it has inspired genius (that saucy Shakespeare) and changed history (Okay, Helen of Troy, we get it. You were super hot)? My goodness, what a crazy way to live. Ladies, did it ever occur to you (to us!) that we should have sex because WE DESERVE IT?

    Yeah, you deserve it.

So, tonight put the kids to bed. Leave the dishes in the sink and the floors unswept. They will wait. Take a moment to remember that you are the girl you hoped you would be and then go find that boy and remind him that he is the man you knew he could be.

Mysterious Lake Appears In The Middle Of Tunisian Desert

Tunisian residents have a new beach to visit -- right in the middle of the desert.

Locals were astounded when a lake appeared recently in a drought-stricken area. They've since named the miraculous sight "Gafsa Beach" for its location within a region of the same name in southern Tunisia.

The mysterious body of water, which observers estimate covers an area of about 2.6 acres and measures more than 50 feet at its deepest points, seems to have emerged right from the Earth. While officials investigating how the lake formed still do not know the source of the water, the running theory is that a tremor fractured a layer of rock holding an underground reservoir, according to French-language reports. The groundwater would have then flowed through a crack in the rock and filled the canyon over a period of time.

After the lake was discovered earlier this month, Gafsa's public safety office warned visitors to avoid swimming in the waters, since officials had yet to confirm the safety of the mysterious body of water. Some speculated that the water could be harmful to humans or, possibly, carcinogenic since there is phosphate mining in the region.

However, that has not stopped locals from enjoying their newfound beach.

1 Dead, 20 Hospitalized For Apparent Drug Overdoses At Mad Decent Block Party

A man who attended an all-day music festival at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland, has died from an apparent drug overdose, police said Saturday.

Howard County Police identified the deceased as 20-year-old Tyler Fox Viscardi of North Carolina. Viscardi and at least 20 others were hospitalized for possible overdoses and other drug-related effects after attending the Mad Decent Block Party Friday, The Baltimore Sun reports.

A 17-year-old male from Virginia, whose name has not been released, was among the concert-goers who were hospitalized. Officials say he is in critical condition.

Viscardi was transported to a local hospital around 9 p.m. Friday and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter. Though a drug overdose is suspected, officials have yet to confirm the cause of death. Authorities are reportedly working to determine what type of drugs were in his system.

Officials behind the record label -- launched by electronic music DJ and producer Diplo -- took to Twitter Saturday to address the incident.

Aside from the hospitalizations, police made three arrests at the venue for assault on a police officer, domestic assault and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Officers also issued 50 citations for underage drinking during the festival.

Unfortunately, substance abuse has become increasingly common at music festivals and concerts. In June, dozens of Avicii fans were hospitalized after a concert in Boston. Officials later revealed that the drug ecstasy played a major role in the hospitalizations.

Lana Del Rey Tells Complex She Has 'Slept With A Lot Of Guys In The Industry'

Lana Del Rey sat down with Complex magazine to talk about her new album, "Ultraviolence," artistic inspiration, guilty pleasures and criticism.

Also in the magazine's August/September issue, Del Rey talks relationships and men. When addressing her fairly self explanatory track "F-cked My Way Up to The Top," Del Rey says:

It's commentary, like, 'I know what you think of me,' and I'm alluding to that. You know, I have slept with a lot of guys in the industry, but none of them helped me get my record deals. Which is annoying.

What annoys Del Rey exactly is unclear. Is she annoyed that these men did not get her record deals in exchange for her intimacy? Is she annoyed that people think sex is how she got ahead in the industry, though none of her lovers gave her any breaks?
Elsewhere in the interview, she attempts to explain how she perceives the relationship between violence and love. "I like a physical love. I like a hands-on love," she says, before pausing: "How can I say this without getting into too much trouble? I like a tangible, passionate love. For me, if it isn't physical, I'm not interested."

These aren't the first controversial comments Del Rey, 29, has made since the release of "Ultraviolence" last month.

In an interview with The Guardian, Del Rey said "I wish I were dead already." To The New York Times a few days later, she said she's "scared to die, but I want to die."
