Tallulah Willis On What Demi Moore Taught Her About Body Image

Clad in her mother's vintage clothing, 18-year-old Tallulah Willis invited Stylelist Blogger Network members Elisa Goodkind and Lily Mandelbaum of StyleLikeU into her Los Angeles home. There, the student displayed her singular style, from her Doc Martens to flea market finds.

Of her style influences, the youngest daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis lists Edie Sedgwick and her older sister Scout -- who used to dress her up in vintage dresses that were "10 sizes" too big. But it's mom's warehouse of vintage clothing and a super-supportive upbringing ("[My mom] was very much like 'Love your body, love yourself, run around naked....' Whatever we wanted to do, it was very accepting.") that made Scout the articulate, wise and stylish young woman she appears to be.

Tallulah also opens up about friends with eating disorders (apparently not eating for a month before Coachella is a thing--who knew?) and her own positive body image. She echoed the sentiments behind Stylelist's "I Promise To Stop Saying Negative Things About My Body Jar" when she says "It's almost weird if you're like 'I love my body" everyone's like 'you're conceited.' It's like you have to be insecure and hate yourself to be the norm. Just have fun, smile and laugh...that's the best thing in the world." Amen!
