She's spoken about her weight problem in the past but it seems Lauren Goodger is still hung up about her size.

The Only Way Is Essex star has spoken out about her constant weight battle revealing her struggle to shift the excess pounds.

Speaking to Heat magazine, the 25-year-old opened up about unhappy it makes her and the affect is has on her on a daily basis

The reality TV star - whose Essex salon was recently petrol bombed - has tried many attempts to shape up in the past but just can't seem to stick to a routine.

'I've tried boot camp, had a personal trainer and a nutritionist,' she said. 'But I just start eating again. I have a problem.'


'It’s awful,' Lauren said of some of the messages. 'There are some really unkind bullies out there. They don’t even know me. Who do they think they are?

'They call me a beached whale and a fat c***. They also call me Miss Piggy.'

But it seems Lauren is ready to confront these people and her own demons as she exposes her body and bare face in the magazine.

Wearing a pair of red shorts, a white vest and just a hint of lipgloss, the brunette looks miserable as she stares into the camera and admits that she hardly ever looks in the mirror when leaving for her various nights out on the town.

She might have been unfairly described by one of her cast mates as nothing more than an 'extra'.
But there are not many walk-on parts that lead to your very own calendar, as Maria Fowler has proved.

Something which Lydia Bright clearly didn't take into account when she got out of a helicopter that had flown her to a VIP event in her native county today.
The Only Way Is Essex star was snapped struggling with her dress as she climbed out of a helicopter to join the rest of the cast at the Duke of Essex Polo Trophy in Gaynes Park, Epping.
Caught in the breeze from the aircraft's blades, Lydia unwittingly flashed her black sparkly pants as she started to walk across the lawn.
Realising what was happening, she grabbed her white dress and tried to pull it down before she cleared her windy path and laughed in embarrassment as she finally managed to smooth her frock down.
And she took to her Twitter page to post a picture of her with her co-stars and said: 'Me & the gals fab so far. Apart from the slight incident when my dress flew up from helicopter!'
Lydia was one of several members of the TOWIE cast attending what they consider the highlight of their summer social calendar.
Now fully bonafide VIPs since the huge success of their reality TV show, the gang were brought to this year's event by helicopter, giving them the full five-star treatment.
The gang never miss the event and it was where Lydia met James 'Arg' Argent a few years ago.
Peter was this year's guest of honour and opened the match by throwing a ball at the start of the game.
And Alex arrived with new girlfriend Chantelle Houghton who looked very pretty in a maxi dress with an unusual green, white and black print - although she had to call on Alex to help untangle her when she caught her heel on the hem.
