Britney Spears took over The CW on Tuesday evening, premiering the music video to her latest single, "Work Bitch" on the television network. The visuals show Spears and her famed dance moves, breaking it down in a bikini in various locations including a desert, a pool, and dimly lit club. "Work Bitch" is expected to serve as the lead single off of Spears' upcoming eighth studio album. While the project is currently without a title, it is scheduled to hit stores on Dec. 3, the same month that Spears will kick off her residency at Las Vegas' Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
