    Last year, Motorola launched the Android powered Motorola Defy+ rugged smartphone. This handset is the successor of the highly popular Motorola Defy smartphone. The Motorola Defy+ is a water resistant, scratch resistant and dust proof smartphone. It runs on the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS. However, this handset is not expected to get the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) update ever.

    The Motorola Defy+ is already available for purchase in the UK from last September.
