Grandma’ and ‘cheerleader’ are not two words that you often hear go together, but perhaps that will change as a result of who the Oakland Raiders announced will be the newest addition to their squad in 2011.

According to The Pinnacle, the Raiderettes hired Susie Sanchez, a 37-year-old mother of three and grandmother of one.

“It’s life changing at that moment,” she said after hearing the big news.
