  • Kate Moss Stars in Playboy`s 60th Anniversary Edition Photo

Kate Moss practically walks around naked everyday so it was a no-brainer to feature her in a pictorial for the 60th Anniversary edition of Playboy. The photos, courtesy Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott for Playboy, show Kate in various states of bunny-dom. Not sure if that’s a real word or thing even, but bear with me.

Kate is also interviewed by Sir Tom Jones and is asked to play fuck, marry, kill with Marc Jacobs, Naomi Campbell and Piers Morgan. It’s not even an interesting group of people. The answer is obvious to anyone with half a brain. Kill Piers Morgan, marry Marc Jacobs and fuck Naomi Campbell. This is the most softball question ever. He might as well have asked her what flavor ice cream she likes.

Gotham Awards 2013 Winners Include Brie Larson, 'Llewyn Davis'

"Inside Llewyn Davis" and Brie Larson were two surprise winners at Monday night's Gotham Awards in New York, the ostensible kick-off of awards season. (It even says so on the Gotham Awards website: "The Gotham Independent Film Awards, selected by distinguished juries and presented in New York City, the home of independent film, are the first honors of the film awards season.")

"Inside Llewyn Davis" was named Best Feature at the ceremony, putting the Joel and Ethan Coen film at the top of a category that included presumed Oscar favorite "12 Years A Slave" as well as "Ain't Them Bodies Saints," "Before Midnight" and "Upstream Color." ("Inside Llewyn Davis" is out in limited release on Dec. 6.)

"It's a movie made in New York about New Yorkers, filled with New Yorkers," title star Oscar Isaac said to the Gotham Awards crowd while accepting the trophy.

Larson, who stars in "Short Term 12," won Best Actress, defeating Cate Blanchett (for "Blue Jasmine"), Scarlett Johansson (for "Don Jon"), Amy Seimetz (for "Upstream Color") and Shailene Woodley (for "The Spectacular Now"). Blanchett was the expected choice for the award heading into the night, if only because of her standing as an early Oscar front-runner for Best Actress.

Other winners on Monday night included Matthew McConaughey, who won Best Actor for "Dallas Buyers Club," and Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan, the director and star, respectively, of "Fruitvale Station." Coogler won the Gotham Awards Breakthrough Director honor, while Jordan took home Breakthrough Actor.

Malin Akerman Talks 'Trophy Wife' Spoilers And What Makes A Healthy TV Marriage

Malin Akerman knows she's not an actual trophy wife, though she plays one on her ABC show of the same name.

Instead, she stars as Kate, a party-girl-turned-doting-stepmom married to Pete (Bradley Whitford). "Trophy Wife" could easily become another yawn-inducing family sitcom, but Akerman and her strong supporting cast (Marcia Gay-Harden and Michaela Watkins co-star as Pete's first and second wives, respectively) have made it one of fall's best new shows.

We caught Akerman on the phone for a quick conversation about Kate's made-up backstory, the love lives of Pete's first and second femme and why she's pretty sure she'll be his last wife.

NOTE: This interview contains minor spoilers for the Dec. 3 episode of "Trophy Wife."

It seems like there’s absolutely no jealousy between you and the other wives, Jackie (Watkins) and Diane (Gay-Harden).
There aren't any jealousy issues. I think Jackie is just so quirky and out there, but I do think Kate feels a little inferior to Diane’s character. That may be a struggle for Kate because she doesn’t feel good enough when she’s around Diane. But with Jackie, it’s sort of like they were never even married because she can’t quite comprehend how they were ever together. But I do think Pete and Kate have the base of any good relationship. That's why "Trophy Wife" is a little tongue-in-cheek, because this truly is a really good and healthy relationship.
I think this is one of the stronger relationships you see between a husband and a wife on TV these days and I was wondering why you think that is?
Pete has tried on a few different hats. So, he’s figured out what works for him. For Kate, my own personal backstory of her life is that she comes from a screwed up family and finds this sort of instant family where she’s finally part of something that really is more important than boys and partying she’s been doing. Aside from that, they have the same sense of humor, they can joke about things and they don’t take life too seriously.

It’s such a diverse cast. How did you feel when you first started working with these TV legends for the first time?
I was intimidated all right. I’m sorry, Marcia Gay-Harden? Oscar winner. Bradley Whitford? Emmy winner. Michaela Watkins? improv extraordinaire. I’m the weakest. There’s always that nervous-ness of putting together a cast and not knowing if someone’s going to be a diva. But, the very first day we just clicked. It was incredible. It was one of those things, this was one that I really hoped would work because it’s such a great group of people.

In the Dec. 3 episode, we meet Diane's lover (Dennis Haysbert). Do you know if we're going to see more of him?
Isn't it great?! Dennis is so fantastic. Listen, we all hope these characters come back and visit us and that becomes a regular thing, like Jackie's relationship with Sad Steve (Nat Faxon). It creates an extra dynamic and expands the family to be even bigger.

Actor Rajpal Yadav sent to 10 days police custody

The Delhi High Court Tuesday remanded Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav to 10 days police custody for concealing facts about a Rs5 crore recovery suit filed against him and his wife by a Delhi-based entrepreneur.

Justice S Murlidhar also asked Yadav's wife to remain present in the
registrar general's office till the rising of the court.

The judge also issued a contempt of court notice against two lawyers representing the couple.

Rajpal has appeared in films such as Hungama, Waqt: The Race Against Time, Chup Chup Ke, Garam Masala, Phir Hera Pheri, Dhol to name a few.

The entrepreneur, MG Agarwal, filed a cheating case against the actor a few years ago, in which he alleged that Yadav, who turned producer with his movie Ata Pata Laapata failed to pay back a loan of Rs. 5 crore.

Agarwal's lawyer had alleged that Yadav had given his client eight cheques, all of which bounced. He added that they signed two contracts with Yadav, which gave Murli Projects the rights to the music and overall production of the movie.

However, Agarwal has alleged that Yadav went behind his back and released the music independently and also declared the release date of the movie.

    Prithvi-II Missile Successfully test-fired

India on Tuesday successfully test-fired indigenously developed nuclear-capable Prithvi-II missile with a strike range of 350 km from a test range at Chandipur in Odisha as part of a user trial by defence forces.

The surface-to-surface missile was test-fired at around 10:05 a.m. from a mobile launcher in salvo mode from launch complex-3 of the Integrated Test Range, about 15 km from Balasore, defence sources said.

Describing the launch of the sophisticated missile as a complete success, ITR Director M.V.K.V. Prasad said all the mission parameters were met during the trial.

“The missile was randomly chosen from the production stock and the launch activities were carried out by the specially formed Strategic Force Command (SFC) and monitored by scientists of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) as part of training exercise,” the sources said.

“The missile trajectory was tracked by DRDO radars, electro-optical tracking systems and telemetry stations located along the coast of Odisha,” they said.

“The downrange teams onboard a ship deployed near the designated impact point in Bay of Bengal monitored the terminal events and splashdown,” they said.

Inducted into India’s Strategic Forces Command in 2003, Prithvi, the first missile developed by DRDO under India’s prestigious IGMDP (Integrated Guided Missile Development Program), is now a proven technology, said a defence official.

“The launch was part of a regular training exercise of SFC and was monitored by DRDO scientists,” he said.

Such training launches clearly indicate India’s operational readiness to meet any eventuality and also establishes the reliability of this deterrent component of India’s strategic arsenal, the official said.

Prithvi is capable of carrying 500 kg to 1,000 kg of warheads and is thrusted by liquid propulsion twin engines. It uses advanced inertial guidance system with manoeuvring trajectory.

The last user trial of Prithvi-II missile was successfully carried out from the same base on October 7.

Thai police Remove Barricades to Police and PM offices

The move followed clashes over the weekend and on Monday, with tear gas and rubber bullets used.

The mood in the capital Bangkok appeared calmer after the police move, which officials said was aimed at avoiding further confrontation.

The Thai prime minister has rejected protesters' demands that she step down.

Yingluck Shinawatra said she was open to negotiations but that calls for the government to be replaced by an appointed council were illegal and unconstitutional.

The protests, which began on 24 November, had been largely peaceful until Saturday, when they became violent.

Over the weekend and on Monday demonstrators tried to break apart police barricades and storm the prime minister's office, Government House, with police using tear gas and water cannon to repel them.
Protest leader Suthep Thaugsuban said on Monday that the protesters would "take over the Metropolitan Police Bureau and make it the people's".

On Tuesday morning - in a surprise and possibly shrewd move - the police took down barriers and razor wire outside their building and it was announced that the protesters were welcome inside, the BBC's Jonah Fisher reports from Bangkok.

Protesters are also being allowed through the barricades outside Government House, the scene of violence on Monday.

The move is seen as an attempt to prevent further clashes.

"In every area where there has been confrontation, we have now ordered all police to withdraw. It is government policy to avoid confrontation," police chief Kamronvit Thoopkrachang told Reuters.

"Today, we won't use tear gas, no confrontation, we will let them in if they want," he said.

With the obstacles removed the demonstrators have so far declined to enter any of the buildings, our correspondent says.

Protesters have described the latest developments as a victory for the people.

Sachin Tendulkar takes a different path to old pal Vinod Kambli

Tendulkar and his school friend Vinod Kambli burst onto the scene together but then went separate ways, writes Steve James.
Sachin Tendulkar to the extreme left and Vinod Kambli to the extreme right with their childhood coach in the centre at an event in 2009.

You would, wouldn't you? The best batsmen just want to bat and bat. And schoolboys are hardly known for their obedience. These two schoolboy batsmen were going rather well. So well in fact that they had both passed their double centuries. On the boundary's edge their assistant coach was waving his arms furiously. He was demanding their attention. It was time to declare. The team total had surpassed 500 after all.

But the batsmen were having none of it. This was too much fun. They carried on batting. And batting a bit more. By lunch of what was the second day of this three-day Harris Shield semi-final in Mumbai in 1988, one had 349 not out and his friend 326 not out. But they knew they had disobeyed instructions.

Their coach, Ramakant Achrekar, a man they both respected hugely, was not present, as he had to work that day. Instead it was his assistant, Laxman Chavan, whose instructions had been disregarded. At the interval Chavan told the pair of youngsters that they should phone Achrekar. Their coach asked the score. Over 700 came the reply. "Declare!" screamed Achrekar, according to Vaibhav Purandare, an Indian author.

"Sir, I'm batting on 349," said the one young man by the name of Vinod Kambli, before the phone was passed to the other, the captain. Sachin Tendulkar was his name. You may have heard of him. "Sir, Vinod needs one run to complete his 350, we'll declare as soon as he gets out," he said. "Declare!" shouted Achrekar, and for once Tendulkar was in trouble. But he and Kambli had already put on an unbeaten 664 for the third wicket for Shardashram School against St Xavier's College, and two stars of Indian cricket had been born.

A year later Tendulkar was playing Test cricket for India. "He took the elevator to the top," said Kambli, "whilst I took the stairs". But by 1993 they were on the top floor together in the Indian Test team, with Kambli at three and Tendulkar at four in a series at home to England. In the third Test in Mumbai, Kambli made 224, still the highest Test score by an Indian against England.

In his next Test against Zimbabwe, the left-handed Kambli made 227. Tendulkar was not to score his first Test double-hundred for another six years. In his next two Tests against Sri Lanka Kambli made two centuries. But after another 10 Tests he was dropped. That was in 1995, and he was aged just 23.

Despite averaging 54.2, he never played another Test. How different were the paths then taken by those schoolboy mates. Recently Tendulkar announced his retirement amid an avalanche of paeans; last week Kambli at the age of just 41 was rushed to hospital in Mumbai having suffered a heart attack. He is said to be in a stable condition. Tendulkar was always the model professional; Kambli was always the classic larrikin, with his golden earrings, funky haircuts (although the pate is now bald) and extravagant lifestyle. Maybe Kambli was before his time because he might have fitted in nicely in the indulgent excesses of the Indian Premier League now.

But even though he was still playing international one-day cricket in 2000, and indeed Indian first-class cricket until 2004, it was his lax attitude, not a susceptibility to the short ball, that scuppered his career. So it is little surprise really that his friendship with Tendulkar did not remain strong. "I haven't heard Sachin's sound for a long time and it hurts me," said Kambli recently. "It's been seven long years and we haven't met with each other. In between we just shared a few text messages and that's all. It seems as if we have become enemies now."

'Matilda' Star Mara Wilson On Her 'Breakup' With Hollywood 'I Was 13, Awkward And Gawky'

"Matilda" star Mara Wilson's "breakup" with Hollywood was a mutual one.

"It was sort of a slow realization," the 26-year-old told HuffPost Live's Caitlyn Becker Monday (Dec. 2) about her transition away from Hollywood after reaching child stardom. "I think it was the realization that I didn't have to do it anymore. It felt like a constant in my life for a very long time ... but I was never really that crazy about it after 'Matilda,' I would say."

"After that, I wasn't as passionate about it anymore," she continued. "And people grow out of things. That's something people don't really understand."

Wilson got her start in the 1993 family flick "Mrs. Doubtfire" and then moved onto roles in "Melrose Place," "Miracle On 34th Street," "Matilda" and "Batman Beyond." But, by the time she was a teenager, she was done.

"I was 13 and I was awkward, and I was gawky, and I was not a very cute kid anymore," she added. "So, Hollywood didn't really want me at that point, and I was kind of over it, too. So, after a while, it feels like a mutual breakup. That's the way that I'd describe it."

Wilson has previously spoken out about child stars and how the fame game can change people.

Back in May -- in the midst of Lindsay Lohan's legal issues and Amanda Bynes' breakdown -- she penned a blog post on Cracked about why child stars go crazy. She cited reasons like lack of parental guidance, exploitation and the fleeting nature of celebrity.

"It's basically a real-life version of 'Logan's Run.' A child actor who is no longer cute is no longer monetarily viable and is discarded. He or she is then replaced by someone younger and cuter, and fan bases accordingly forget that the previous object of affection ever existed," Wilson wrote.

"Most of you reading this felt pretty disgusting and useless while you were going through puberty. But imagine that people you once relied on and trusted -- as well as millions of people you'd never met, who had previously liked you -- had told you then, 'Yeah, it's true. You are exactly as ugly and worthless as you feel.

Rita Ora Cast In '50 Shades Of Grey'

This is how she do: Rita Ora has been cast in the upcoming adaptation of "50 Shades of Grey."

The 23-year-old singer has booked the role of Mia, the adopted sister of Christian Grey, this according to The Hollywood Reporter. Ora joins a cast which already includes Jamie Dornan (who will be playing Grey), Dakota Johnson (Grey's love interest, Anastasia Steele), and Eloise Mumford, Luke Grimes, and Max Martini.

Ora is saying "R.I.P." to the singer she used to be and turning her focus to the major film project. She released her last album, "Ora," in 2012, and has since made appearances in an episode of "90210" and in the latest "Fast & Furious" movie, "Fast Six."

Hitting theaters on Feb. 13, 2015, the adaptation of E L James' best-selling novel began filming this week. The upcoming movie tells the story of the kinky relationship that forms between Grey and Steele.

Metro North Train Derails In New York City

Police confirm that a Metro-North passenger train has derailed in the Bronx.

A woman at the scene says numerous emergency vehicles have responded.

Police sources told NBC and the New York Daily News that at least four people died after the commuter train headed towards Grand Central derailed around 7:20 AM.

The FDNY confirmed the 4 deaths in a press conference. They also said that at least 67 people were injured, 11 seriously. Of the 4 people killed, 3 were thrown from the train after it derailed.

According to News 12, several passengers were taken away on stretchers. The FDNY said that all of the injured people were in stable condition.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo later arrived on the scene and thanked first responders for their quick action. The NYPD estimated that about 100 people were on the train, which was scheduled to arrive at Grand Central Station at 7:43 AM.

According to the MTA, 5 of the 7 cars on the train derailed early Sunday morning. Though early witnesses to the scene said that some of the cars were submerged in water, police later said that wasn't true.

As the AP reported, the train derailed near the Spuyten Duyvil station in the Bronx.

WABC7 said that the area where the train accident occurred is known to be a dangerous curve. Another train derailed at the same spot in July.

Authorities said it was unclear what caused the derailment, but a passenger on the train told WABC7 that the train appeared to be going faster than usual.

Kyra Kennedy, Daughter Of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Debuts At Debutantes Ball

If the name "Kennedy" harkens back to a bygone era of glamour, then the words "debutantes ball" will probably do the same.

And yet both are still going strong. Kyra Kennedy, daughter of Robert Kennedy Jr. and great-niece to the late President John F. Kennedy, made her formal debut at the Bal Des Débutantes 2013 in Paris this weekend. The ball, held at the Hôtel de Crillon, saw over 20 "debs" introduced to society in the most glamorous couture while their parents watched on.

For 18-year-old Kyra, that meant donning a black and icy blue Christian Dior gown, which she was fitted for at Dior in Paris last Wednesday. Her father and his girlfriend, Cheryl Hines, attended in their own formalwear.

If the whole charade sounds like old-school Americana, note that it was a rather international affair: Lady Amelia Windsor, the granddaughter of one of Queen Elizabeth II's cousins Francesca Packer Barham, also made her debut, as did Rebecca Eu, daughter of Singapore business scion Richard Eu. Romy David, daughter of Larry David, was also reportedly part of the pack.

Basically, this was 20 or so young women who are already winning at life. Stay put while we go re-watch the debutante ball episode of "Gossip Girl" and wish it was us.

Take a look at the lovely Kyra at her coming out. We predict a long Dior-wearing future ahead of her.

UFC Live Discussion: The Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale

“History will be made tonight,” so sayeth our friends in the UFC, as Julianna Peña will face Jessica Rakoczy for the honor of becoming the first female to ever win The Ultimate Fighter. At the same time, Chris Holdsworth and David Grant will be fighting for the distinction of being this season’s male winner of TUF 18: Team Rousey vs. Team Tate, but we’re far more interested in seeing the talent in the women’s division expand with one of these great women stepping up and earning a shot at a long, successful career in the UFC.

Meanwhile, the main event features two ranked lightweights facing off for a chance to get back in the title hunt, as fifth-ranked Gray Maynard and eighth-ranked Nate Diaz will fight despite that whole, strange story about Diaz supposedly backing out for his high school reunion. He could still back out of the fight, of course, but I’m assuming that he’s going to fight since he weighed in and all.

India's Mars mission enters second stage; outpaces space rival China

The success of the spacecraft, scheduled to orbit Mars by next September, would carry India into a small club of nations including the United States, Europe, and Russia, whose probes have orbited or landed on Mars.

India's first mission to Mars left Earth's orbit in the early hours of Sunday, clearing a critical hurdle in its journey to the red planet and overtaking the recent efforts of rival Asian giant China.

The success of the spacecraft, scheduled to orbit Mars by next September, would carry India into a small club of nations including the United States, Europe, and Russia, whose probes have orbited or landed on Mars.

India's venture, called Mangalyaan, faces further hurdles still on its journey to Mars. Fewer than half of missions to the planet succeed.

"While Mangalyaan takes 1.2 billion dreams to Mars, we wish you sweet dreams!" India's space agency said in a tweet soon after the event, referring to the citizens of the world's second-most populous country.

China's Mars probe rode piggyback on a Russian spacecraft that failed to leave Earth's orbit in November 2011. The spacecraft disintegrated in the atmosphere and its fragments fell into the Pacific Ocean last year.

India's mission showcases the country's cheap technology,  encouraging hopes it could capture more of the $304-billion global space market, which includes launching satellites for other countries, analysts say.

"Given its cost-effective technology, India is attractive," said Rajeswari Pillai Rajagopalan, an expert on space security at the Observer Research Foundation think-tank in Delhi.

India's low-cost Mars mission has a price tag of 4.5 billion rupees ($73 million), just over a tenth of the cost of NASA's latest mission there, which launched on Nov. 18.

Homegrown companies -- including India's largest infrastructure group Larsen & Toubro, one of its biggest conglomerates, Godrej & Boyce, state-owned aircraft maker Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd and Walchand Nagar Industries -- made more than two-thirds of the parts for both the probe and the rocket that launched it on November 5.

India's probe completed six orbits around Earth before Sunday's "slingshot", which took it into a path around the sun to carry it towards Mars. The slingshot requires precise calculations to eliminate the risk of missing the new orbit.

Thai Protests Enter Volatile New Phase After Fatal Shootings

Thailand’s week of antigovernment demonstrations entered a dangerous and volatile phase on Sunday after shootings involving rival political camps left at least four people dead and more than 50 wounded.

Many areas of Bangkok, the sprawling metropolis that is a major hub of commerce and travel in Southeast Asia, remained unaffected by the demonstrations. But the shootings and the increasingly provocative moves by protesters spread fears that unrest could move beyond the pockets of the capital where protests — and violence — have raged.

As protesters traveled through the city by motorcycle and on foot Sunday, vowing to shut down additional government buildings, Bangkok’s largest shopping malls, which normally teem with visitors on weekends, hastily announced that they were closing their doors for the day.

Nearly 3,000 soldiers began arriving in the capital to shore up key government buildings.

Protesters are pursuing the quixotic goal of ridding the country of the influence of Thaksin Shinawatra, a billionaire tycoon and former prime minister whose political party has captured the allegiance of voters in the countryside, winning every election since 2001. The protesters say they are frustrated with the dominance of Mr. Thaksin and are disillusioned with the current democratic system. They have proposed an alternative to the country’s democracy, an ill-defined people’s council made up of representatives from many professions.

Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra, who is Mr. Thaksin’s youngest sister, repeatedly said over the weekend that she was open to discussions with protesters but that she would stand firm.

“I will remain here,” she told reporters Saturday, her voice cracking with emotion. “I will not flee anywhere. I may be a woman, but I have the courage to face all possible scenarios.”

    Lucy Pinder Lingerie Goodness Photo

One of the original, and still the best, busty Brits of all-time Lucy Pinder is back with another ridiculously busty photoshoot for the latest issue of Nuts. And it doesn’t matter how many of these shoots I see of Lucy, I’m still blown away by her every single time. For a grumpy old blogger like myself, she reminds me why I got into this business in the first place: to spend even more time looking at pictures of hot busty chicks like Lucy without having to leave my mom’s basement. What can I say? It’s not just a job, it’s a calling.

Article 370 doesn't give Women Equal rights, says Narendra Modi in Jammu Drawing on Abdullah Family for Examples

BJP today downplayed its own stand on Article 370 giving special status to Jammu and Kashmir, saying it should be debated whether the constitutional provision has been beneficial for the state and even hinted that it may give up its demand for abrogation if such a view emerges.

Addressing his first rally here after being named the BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate, Narendra Modi said his party wanted a discussion on various aspects of the issue.

He echoed views expressed by BJP President Rajnath Singh, who earlier even told the 'Lalkar' rally that if Article 370 proved to be beneficial, his party would stand by the measure.

It is a departure from BJP's position seeking complete abrogation of the Article giving special status to J-K in the Union of India.

Referring to the provision, Modi said that women had not been given equal rights in the state unlike in other parts of the country.

"If Omar (Abdullah) married outside Kashmir, his rights of being a citizen remain whereas his sister Sara loses the right for the same. Is this not discrimination against the women in the state," he asked, while referring to the Chief Minister's family.

Taking on the Centre for its China policy, the Gujarat Chief Minister claimed that China had been distributing free SIM cards to villagers along the border with India.

"I want to ask whether our Telecom Ministry can't provide the same," he said.

Modi also spoke about "non-implmentation" of the 73rd Amendment providing financial powers to Panchayats and took a veiled dig at the ruling National Conference, saying, "Those who talk about autonomy are not ready to provide the same to their own elected local bodies."

He accused the state government of indulging in corruption and said the Prevention of Corruption Act is applicable everywhere other than Jammu and Kashmir.

"For 60 years they talked about separate state (autonomy) but what did people get? Nothing and there is no accountability also...In the name of separate state, they encouraged separatism.

Sharon Stone Stuns In Floor-Length Gown At Marrakesh International Film Festival

Sharon Stone is one seriously foxy lady. The 55-year-old wowed in a black floor-length gown at the opening ceremony of the 13th Marrakesh International Film Festival in Morocco yesterday (Nov. 29) where director Martin Scorsese presented her with an award.

"What is the definition of stardom, not fame, but true stardom?" Scorsese asked the audience, according to The Hollywood Reporter. "Sharon is brilliant, extremely talented, fearless, charming, funny and absolutely wild, and she's a true star. When she walks in a room the energy changes," he said.

Selena Gomez Wears Red Leather Bodysuit At Thanksgiving Day Halftime Show

Selena Gomez halftime show performance reviews have been mixed. This particular Selena Gomez halftime show took place on Thanksgiving Day during the Dallas Cowboys game. During the performance she wore a red leather bodysuit that a lot of people have been talking about on Friday (Nov. 29). Some of those comments on a Huffington Post article have been very flattering, but others have used their anonymity to attack her singing.

One person using the username "Mike_Mcdougall" stated, "Her lip synch was hilariously obvious. No live performance is that crystal clear." Another commenter under the username "spkmky" took their rudeness a step further as they stated, "Wow so young and already starting to become a chunky monkey." It's not too surprising that someone would make a comment like that anonymously and hide their identity from other people on the internet.

It wasn't all negative, though, as many people have noted positive aspects of the performance. User "Tim_Osborne posted, "I wish that people would get off Selena's back. She is young, beautiful, stays classy unlike Miley Cyrus and rather you like her music or not which I don't she is still successful at it." Another person named "karen_wenzel" stated, "if I had a daughter, i'd want her to admire Selena G, instead of miley. At least Selena knows that being vulgar isn't a good thing, and this outfit is way better than anything miss m has done lately."

The Selena Gomez halftime performance has definitely created a debate about the pop music princesses out there and which ones are doing things that they should be proud of partaking in. It's clear, though, that Gomez has the talent to keep selling records to her millions of fans.

Sharon Osbourne Says Getting Her Vagina Tightened Was 'Excruciating,' Talks Ozzy's Relapse

Sharon Osbourne is nothing if not an open book so it should come as no surprise she agreed to talk about her private lady parts on British television.

Osbourne was a guest on BBC's "The Graham Norton Show" yesterday (Nov. 29) in an episode that is set to air Dec. 7, and when Norton complimented her about her looks, she revealed she had undergone numerous procedures to maintain her youthful appearance. Osbourne then admitted to getting her "vagina tightened," saying it "was the worst" and "just excruciating."

Ozzy's flame-haired half also spoke about her husband's most recent relapse, moving out of their joint home, selling all of his cars and what eventually brought them back together.

Jane Kean Dead: 'Honeymooners' Revival Star Dies At Age 90

Sex-starved fruit flies live shorter, more stressful lives

Sexual frustration impairs the health of fruit flies and causes premature death, according to new research.

Scientists found that male flies who were stimulated to mate but prevented from doing so, had their lives cut short by up to 40%.

Those allowed to copulate not only lived longer but suffered less stress.

The research is published in the Journal Science.

In the experiment, the flies were put in close proximity to genetically modified males who had been altered to release female sex pheromones.

These hormones are used by flies to judge whether a potential mate is nearby, so when males secreted this sexually charged scent, it instantly aroused other males.

But crucially, they were not able to mate.

The flies that were tantalised but denied any action showed more stress, a decrease in their fat-stores and had their lives cut short dramatically.

"We immediately observed that they looked quite sick very soon in the presence of these effeminised males," explained Dr Scott Pletcher at the University of Michigan, US, co-author of the research.

The common fruit fly has a very short life of about 60 days. This makes them an ideal organism to study aging as the genes that regulate a fly's lifespan have been found to closely parallel those in humans.

Tejpal gets interim relief from Arrest till Saturday Morning

Tehelka founder Tarun Tejpal, accused of sexually assaulting a junior colleague early this month, and was granted interim bail till 10 am on Saturday by a Goa court.

Tejpal cannot be arrested till the court in Panjim finishes hearing his plea for anticipatory bail on Saturday. The public prosecutor is expected to argue against the bail when the hearing begins.

High drama ensued soon after the plane landed and reporters travelling in the flight directed their cameras and mikes at him. Outside, scores of BJP activists waved black flags and demanded his arrest.

Even as Tejpal's family members urged the reporters to stop filming him, he reportedly told them "the entire matter had been "blown out of proportion" and the complaint by the journalist was "motivated".

"I have nothing to hide," he said.

But his lawyers were reprimanded by a judge when they pointed to the "political conspiracy" behind the allegations during the hearing on his bail application.

"I am concerned with the crime, not the political remarks that were made later. Did the young girl make the political remarks?"

The judge also censured a junior lawyer of Tejpal's defence team for naming the journalist.

Before Tejpal's arrival in the state, the Goa police said they are seeking his custody for interrogation as they believe he has been trying to avoid them.

A police team, which raided his house in New Delhi in a bid to arrest him, returned empty handed after they failed to find him.

At Delhi airport, where he showed in public for the first time after Goa police booked him, he told reporters, "I got the summons yesterday. So I am going to Goa."

Raje Shwari Releases Her Hot Single, Get Your Life Photo

If you're a music lover and pay attention to global pop culture as it evolves, then you know that there's been a buzz on the Hip Hop underground and Desi scenes for quite some time now surrounding Rajé Shwari's solo career launch. After a few brief appearances and leaked songs from her pending studio album in the last 2 years, Rajé has finally released her long awaited new single accompanied with a hot music video entitled "Get Your Life" as her official debut on BollyHood Records.

For her cult following from her Timbaland days, this might seem like a long overdue comeback, but to a brand new audience globally, Oct 29th marks the day that a fresh new ingenue arrives on the international landscape ready to set the musical airwaves on fire and represent her culture to the fullest.

The song, "Get Your Life" is an innovative urban flavored dance number that kicks off with a driving dhol beat and sitar riff, quickly fusing with contemporary dance and pop while summoning cultures to collide and throw a worldwide party together. And the lyrics, while undeniably catchy, convey a universal message to be 'comfortable in your own skin', as Raje has said in previous interviews, and embrace all that makes you unique. Being American born and raised, but still growing up in a traditional Gujarati household, she says her love of pop music and her fascination with her Indian roots allowed her to 'find her identity' and make her way. Though the track and video truly showcase her talents in a way that will speak to a vast array of audiences worldwide, visually and sonically, her passion, experience and background shine through brightly, as she fuses everything she loves flawlessly into her look, her sound, and now the name of her label, and what she has already proclaimed to be a movement in the making, what she calls 'BollyHood'.

The music video for "Get Your Life," was shot by Paul Coy Allen (known for his work with Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Drake). It's a colorful, eye catching visual packed with people of all backgrounds, Rajé's one-of-a-kind style, and the most vibrant of colors including the hot pink "LIFE" size letters, which she dances in and out of. Rajé's undeniable star quality translates through the screen with each and every shot.

"This song and video is something I'm so proud of, just because of everything that it represents. It's a new sound, it has a message and it's so much fun to listen to and watch; the colors, the unique faces, the dancers, it has a really great energy that I feel like includes everybody, and that's what music is all about, isn't it? It may just seem like a catchy song with the 'La La Las' in it, but anything that brings people together is always going to be my mission. There's no better platform than music to send a bigger message, that we are all in this human experience together."

Rajé launched her music career as Timbaland's protégé and is credited as the first Artist to usher in the HipHop Desi flavor that has become a mainstay. While under the tutelage of Timbaland, Rajé was featured on what are now considered to be cult Hip Hop classics like "Indian Flute" and Jay Z's "The Bounce" (The Blueprint 2). She also caught the attention of Pharrell Williams who later featured her w/ Nas on "The Flyest" as heard on the soundtrack for Charlie's Angels II: Full Throttle. It would seem that she learned from the best and now embarks on a solo career as an artist and label CEO.

With this long awaited debut of her single "Get Your Life", she invites everyone to embrace their culture, their heritage, and their uniqueness, and it's Rajé first official invitation to the world to join her on her journey to the top and to establish BollyHood as the movement she has been spearheading since the early start of her underground career, a movement well deserving of a global platform.

The Single is available for FREE DOWNLOAD via SoundCloud at her Website: www.rajeshwari.com and hits Itunes officially on Tuesday, November 5th.

Rose McGowan Dances Naked for Art Photo

Rose McGowan moves intuitively around her LA home in this tender portrait by Marlene Marino, shot earlier this year when the photographer captured the American actress for the latest issue of lifestyle title Apartamento. The Brian De Palma and Quentin Tarantino favorite made her name in tongue-in-cheek slasher Scream and supernatural series Charmed, and established her cult status in director Gregg Araki’s 1995 comedy thriller The Doom Generation, which saw the pin-up entangled in a sordid ménage à trois. Yet shooting today’s short was a strict case of ‘Two’s company.’ Having met through director Ridley Scott’s Black Dog Films—set to release McGowan’s directorial debut Dawn—the actress and Marino bonded over a shared attitude towards beauty. “Marlene and I were just celebrating femininity,” she says of the visceral short that is soundtracked by Italian composer Ludovico Einaudi, who previously scored Shane Meadows’ This Is England. “I think people can rise higher than the consensus of what is considered sexy; our only objective was to do something natural. I didn’t act, I just flowed into it.

This was so beautiful that a single tear rolled down my cheek as I rose up from my hiding spot behind Rose McGowan’s bushes.

The video was very illuminating for McGowan as well as she’s recently reclaimed her own ideas of beauty.

What was it like to see yourself in this completely uninhibited state?
Rose McGowan: It was really transformative: it actually made me cry. It was born out of reclaiming my own ideas of what beauty is. I have realized that I don’t have to be bound by the “rules” here in Los Angeles or Hollywood. It is me, but not an artificial version.

She’s a natural Teresa Palmer. Look at Rose dancing around with her lithe body and supple breasts. Suck it, Hollywood standards.

By the way, McGowan is going to exhibit custom-made porn soon.

        What’s next for you?
RM: I’m going to direct my first feature film, taking things I borrowed from Marlene. I’m also making a show about art and pornography. It will be custom-made porn but not in the kind of way that you’ve seen or that you think of it.

Important question. Will there be dongs going in and out? *Crosses fingers*

        Is that in production?
RM: I just shot the teaser for it and in it I’m wearing a strap-on. It’s pretty balls-out, I’m not gonna lie—it’s going to look insane.

Girls Held Captive By Sophia And Fernando Richter Were Tortured With Music: Cops

Police on Wednesday were poring over a journal they say a 17-year-old girl kept while she and her two younger sisters were imprisoned by their mother and stepfather for up to two years.

Tucson Police Chief Roberto Villasenor said investigators were combing through the diary for evidence as they build a criminal case against the 32-year-old mother and 34-year-old stepfather.

He declined to reveal the diary's contents but said the teen kept one of her most prized possessions — a photo of singer Enrique Iglesias — in the journal, which was kept inside a satchel.

"It did contain a lot of information that I feel will be useful in helping us to determine the method and length of the imprisonment," Villasenor said.

Investigators said the two younger girls, ages 12 and 13, escaped through the window of the bedroom they shared and alerted a neighbor Tuesday after the stepfather tried to break down the room's door and was brandishing a knife.

Police later discovered the 17-year-old was being held separately from her sisters in another room. The three girls were malnourished and dirty and told officers they hadn't taken a bath in up to six months.

Investigators were trying to determine the last time the girls attended a school. No schools in the area had a record of them, Villasenor said, and police haven't been able to verify the mother's claims that the children were home-schooled.

The girls' accounts of being held in captivity were consistent, Villasenor said. They are now together at a group home in the custody of a state child welfare agency.

A judge set bail of $100,000 for the stepfather, Fernando Richter, and $75,000 for the mother, Sophia Richter, at their initial court appearances Wednesday. They face multiple counts of kidnapping and child abuse, and the Fernando Richter also faces one count of sexual abuse.

The brief court appearances made by video did not include entering pleas, and it wasn't immediately clear whether the man and woman had lawyers.

The girls' maternal aunt, Chame Bueno, said outside of the court hearing that the mother had said the family was living in San Diego when they actually were in Tucson and wouldn't let her speak with her nieces on the phone.

The Types Of Sex Women Are Having More Than Ever Before Photo

Women may be having more types of sex than ever before -- but less sex overall.

So say the findings from Britain's third National Survey of Sexual Attitudes and Lifestyles (Natsal-3), conducted from 2010 to 2012. The 8869 women polled for Natsal-3 reported higher incidences of sex before age 16, same-sex encounters and anal sex than their counterparts in the first and second Natsal surveys, conducted in 1990-1991 and 1999-2001 respectively, as well as a declining frequency in sexual encounters.

Sixteen percent of British women aged 16–44 reported having sexual experience or contact with a same-sex partner, up from 10 percent in Natsal-2 and four percent in Natsal-1. A similar trend was found when it came to anal sex -- 15 percent of women reported having anal sex in the past year, compared with 11 percent of respondents in Natsal-2 and 7 percent in Natsal-1.

It's possible that some of these changes are simply the result of people feeling more comfortable revealing their sexual practices then they have been in the past, perhaps due to decreasing stigma around various sex acts or different survey techniques. But, as William Saletan at Slate put it: "Even if you attribute most of it to changes in candor or interpretation, the willingness of so many women to admit to same-sex activity represents a big cultural shift."

While the types of sex women are having seems to be increasing, they may be having sex less frequently. In 1990, the median number of times that women reported having sex in the previous four weeks was five. This number dropped to four in 2001, and three in 2012.

One explanation for such a drop is that people are having less sex because they're too busy. Professor Kaye Wellings of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine told The Gloss: "Work comes into our home now and there is no strict divide. People are taking laptops and iPads to bed. People are working very, very hard. They are very busy."

Too busy for sex? That's a sad state of affairs. But we're glad to hear that women feel more comfortable engaging in -- and talking about -- sex that isn't of the vanilla, heterosexual variety.

Brody Jenner Says He May Not Be Invited To Kim Kardashian And Kanye West's Wedding

Well, this is awkward -- Brody Jenner isn't sure if he'll score an invitation to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding, because he wasn't invited to the engagement.

We're not sure what happened to family coming first, but the 30-year-old, who officially joined the cast of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," revealed he doesn't know if he should expect an invitation to what's likely to be the hottest wedding of next year, even if his stepsister is the bride.

"Well, you never know with the family. I didn't get invited to the engagement, so you never know," Jenner told Us Weekly when asked about the power couple's impending nuptials at the Hyde Nightclub at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino on Saturday (Nov. 23).

We suppose the fact Jenner wasn't invited to Kardashian's big surprise proposal at AT&T Park in San Francisco last month shouldn't come as that much of a shock given that his father, and Kardashian's stepfather, Bruce Jenner, also wasn't invited when West got down on one knee, according to TMZ.

Since Kardashian is reportedly still close with Bruce, despite the fact that he and her mother recently revealed that they have separated, we have to wonder if the decision to ice Brody out came from Kris Jenner herself, who Brody was never exactly fond of -- and never did his best to hide it, either.

It's unclear what the state of Brody's relationship with Kardashian or West is, but let's take a moment to recall exactly who was at that proposal. According to "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis (who, yes, was very much a guest), there were about 40 people at the surprise engagement, including big names in the tech industry, Uber founder Marc Pincus, and YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley, whom the couple is now suing after he leaked a video of the engagement.

Someone Actually Wanted To Own The 'Bound 2' Motorcycle

By now you've probably witnessed the pop culture wonder that is Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's "Bound 2" music video. Well, one eager fan decided to do one better than keep hitting "play:" He actually bought the motorcycle Kim straddles Kanye on ... or at least that's what its seller on eBay claims.

The post appears to have gone up yesterday (Nov. 26) and was sold shortly thereafter. The starting bid for it was 4,500 British pounds, or just over $7,300.

In the description, its seller, eBay user carmiketimm, wrote:

2010 registered Honda CRF250 used in the Kanye West Bound 2 Video.

Kanye came to London in October 2013 to shoot the video with Nick Knight in the Park Royal Studios.

When we delivered the bike we had no idea that Kanye and his bride Kim would be having sex on it.

That said, the 2010 CRF is one of the world's most capable dirtbikes and can handle anything that's thrown at it.

Prior to the shoot this bike completed 5 x 2 Welsh enduros and nearly 2 Weston beach races.

We haven't cleaned the bike so winning bidder receives it as seen, with any marks or residues from the shoot included - possibly with some unicorn gold dust or whatever it is that Kanye shoots out of his magic penis.

Raheel Sharif named as new Pakistan army Commander

Pakistan has appointed Lt Gen Raheel Sharif as its new army head after weeks of speculation, a move correspondents say could define PM Nawaz Sharif's third term in office.

Lt Gen Sharif replaces Gen Ashfaq Pervez Kayani, who retires on Thursday.

The government has also named Lt Gen Rashid Mahmood as the new chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee.

The appointments are seen as vital in fighting the Taliban and in determining the army's role in politics.

Correspondents say Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will have carefully considered his crucial appointment of Lt Gen Sharif - who is not related to him - because the prime minister has twice had run-ins with the military during previous terms in office.

In 1999 Mr Sharif was forced from office in a military take-over led by Gen Pervez Musharraf.

In 1993 army chief Abdul Waheed Kakar led a push to get Mr Sharif to resign and hold elections following a long-running political stand-off between the prime minister and President Ghulam Ishaq.
    Overt interference

Little is so far known about Gen Sharif, correspondents say, apart from the fact that his brother was one of the army's most decorated soldiers and was killed in the 1971 war with India.

The new army chief, a career infantry soldier, is expected to continue Gen Kayani's policies and to avoid overt interference in politics.

Lt Gen Sharif is thought to have been third on the army's seniority list.

He is not known as an ambitious general, the BBC's Shahzeb Jillani in Islamabad says.

Before his promotion, he headed the army's training and evaluation department and has previously served in senior roles as a corps commander and head of the country's premier training institution, the Military Academy in Abbottabad.

The change of command comes as Pakistan faces a daunting array of challenges - including a home-grown Taliban insurgency that has claimed thousands of lives, strained relations with India over the Kashmir dispute and the winding-down in 2014 of the 12-year Nato mission in neighbouring Afghanistan.

Pakistan has experienced three military coups since independence in 1947 and has been run by the army for half of its 66-year history.

Gen Kayani's stance of not overtly interfering in politics allowed the country to experience its first successful transition between democratically elected governments earlier this year.

Magneto Killed JFK? New 'X-Men' Viral Campaign Plants Evidence

Magneto was behind the assassination of John F. Kennedy, at least in the "X-Men: Days of Future Past" timeline. A new viral video titled "The Bent Bullet" makes the case for Erik "Magneto" Lehnsherr's involvement in JFK's assassination in 1963.

"Half a century ago, Magneto was implicated in the mutant plot to assassinate President John F. Kennedy," the video description reads. "The events of that fateful day in November have been a point of contention between humans and the mutants ever since."

Seems Magneto used his powers to push Lee Harvey Oswald's second bullet to fatally wound the president. Marvel and Fox have also launched a Bent Bullet website that provides more details about the film and Magneto's fate. JFK was involved with Project: WideAwake and every X-Men comic fan knows that means Sentinels.

Check out the video below and head over to the Bent Bullet website to dive into the full experience. "X-Men: Days of Future Past" hits theaters May 23, 2014.

Pitbull & Ke$ha Are Going Down In The 'Timber' Photo

"Hey, Ke$ha, what if we collaborated on a song that combines country music with pop rock and rap, and then made a video that's kind of like 'Coyote Ugly' but with less clothing and more dancing?" "Sounds good, Pitbull! Will there be room for a scene where you try to touch a swimming shark?" "Yep!" "We should call this one 'Timber.'"

Pitbull hosted the American Music Awards on Sunday and performed his new hit single Timber featuring Ke$ha live onstage before releasing the video on his Facebook page.

The 32-year-old rapper posted the video as an exclusive treat to fans of his page that has more than 40 million Likes on Facebook.

The video featured 26-year-old Ke$ha, who full name is Kesha Rose Sebert, showing her saucy side in scenes with an Old West theme.

Ke$ha burst through the swinging doors of an old-styled saloon wearing a black bra and black bikini bottom with multiple cutouts.

The singer had her painted blue and pink and donned a sheer yellow coverup.

Pitbull also danced on the sand and in the water with an exotic brunette beauty.

The video alternated between Pitbull and his lovely island and Ke$ha in country settings, including a farm scene where she leaned against an old truck and sang to horses.

The duo also performed the song on Sunday at the American Music Awards where Ke$ha wore a similarly sexy Western outfit.

Miranda Lambert Slams Weight Loss Surgery Rumors As 'Ridiculous'

Miranda Lambert recently made headlines when she arrived at the Country Music Awards with a noticeably slimmer physique. While the 30-year-old revealed she dropped the pounds through exercise and portion control, there are others claiming she went under the knife to shed the weight.

It's a claim the country star just won't tolerate, so she has turned to her personal website to set the record straight:

"I wanted to address this certain story they are running this week and set the record straight. I DID NOT have surgery to lose weight," Lambert wrote. "That is ridiculous. I lost my weight the healthy and good old fashioned way. Watching what I eat and working out with my trainer Bill Crutchfield."

Lambert went on to say that while she may have lost a dress size, she isn't even sure how much weight she's dropped. "As for the assumed number of pounds lost…? I don’t even know! Like I have always said, it’s not about a scale, it’s about how you feel and how your jeans fit."

And the singer isn't the only one who won't stand for such rumors. Just last week Kim Kardashian fought back after it was reported that she spent thousands of dollars on cosmetic procedures to slim down.

"I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight! This is FALSE. I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I work out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!! I'm so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports!" the 33-year-old new mom wrote in an extended tweet on Nov. 20. "Say what u want about me but I work hard & am the most disciplined person u will ever meet!"

Ariana Grande's 2013 American Music Awards Performance Earns Her Standing Ovation From Lady Gaga

Ariana Grande's performance of "Tattooed Heart" at the 2013 American Music Awards on Sunday night managed to shock the likes of Lady Gaga, who gave the young songstress a standing ovation.

Grande performed the single off her album, "Yours Truly," leading with an a cappella rendition of "Baby I," on the AMAs stage at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Nov. 24. She sang her heart out in a performance MTV News has compared to the Motown vibe of Gladys Knight and the Pips, in front of an audience packed with music greats like Gaga, Justin Timberlake and Taylor Swift.

Talwar couple found guilty of killing daughter Aarushi and servant Hemraj

A special CBI court on Monday convicted dentist Rajesh Tawlar and his wife Nupur Talwar for killing their daughter Aarushi and servant Hemraj.

Special CBI judge Shyam Lal held the couple guilty of murder and destruction of evidence under section 302 and 201 of Indian Penal code (IPC) respectively. Rajesh Talwar was also separately held guilty, under section 203, of registering a false FIR. Soon after the judgment, Talwars issued a statement saying they were deeply disappointed and hurt by the verdict.

The two were taken into custody immediately after the verdict. The court will hear the arguments on the quantum of sentence on Tuesday.

The verdict comes almost five-and-a-half years after the sensational double murder was committed.

The CBI had accused the parents — Rajesh and Nupur Talwar — of being the killers, going by circumstantial evidence, testimony of witnesses and forensic reports.

The Talwars had all along claimed that "they have been framed" on the basis of conjectures and tutored witnesses.

When the Noida police first came to know on May 16, 2008 that the 14-year-old daughter of prominent dentist Dr Rajesh Talwar had been murdered at their residence in Jalvayu Vihar allegedly by their servant, Hemraj Banjade, it appeared as a regular murder case.

But things changed dramatically the very next day when Hemraj's body was found on the terrace of the house. The Noida police and two CBI teams investigated the case, which saw many twists and turns.

From Dr Rajesh and Nupur Talwar going to jail and allegations of tampering of evidence to witnesses turning hostile, police officers getting shifted, closure report being filed, parents coming out on bail and then a trial - the case has kept both the media and people transfixed.

The latest trial got over on November 12 after almost 19 months during which CBI used testimony of close to 90 witnesses in order to prove that it was only the parents who could have committed the murders and there was no possibility of an outsider entering the house.

The motive: Dr Talwar found his daughter in an objectionable state with Hemraj after which he killed them with a golf club and slit their throats using a surgical scalpel or knife. CBI's investigating officer A G L Kaul stated that he wanted to make Dr Rajesh Talwar's brother, Dinesh Talwar, a suspect as well.

During cross-examination and their final arguments, the counsel for Talwars - Satyaketu Singh and Tanveer Ahmed Mir - slammed every aspect of CBI's investigations. They alleged that its important witnesses like Dr Sunil Dohre, Naresh Raj and M S Dahiya had improved their statements while many witnesses like maid Bharti and CDFD (Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics) experts had been tutored by the agency. Talwars' lawyers alleged that CBI had tampered with, fabricated and changed the evidence to frame the parents and that its case against them was full of "alternate hypothesis" and had no merit.

The case had been first investigated by the Noida police and Dr Rajesh Talwar had been arrested. Then IG Gurdarshan Singh had addressed a press conference where he announced the honour killing theory leading to severe criticism and his eventual transfer. The police were blamed for not properly pre-serving the crime scene and going easy on the probe. The then chief minister, Mayawati, transferred the probe to CBI.
